She was on Cut Throat Kitchen...she offered judges 20 alongside her dish from her grandma's tradition. She was cut for other reasons....but i think she deserves iron chef redo...

She is absolutely delightful. I think that Julia Child would be pleased to know that what she started could evolve into this amazing presentation. Anyone who has worked in top flight culinary knows that the secret to keep it going smooth, is to try to one up each others wisecracks, while never losing sight of the task. I cooked for Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, and out of the night once, EVIL KNEIVAL ! Mostly at San Simeon, Ca. but we would be deluged by charter buses with 60+ Japanese and others who wanted to eat, bathroom. and haul. We had four of us on the grill line. I still have people tell me that there is no way I could have managed ten egg pans at once, but I had to do it. It was my job. Same grill, I was told to bake 15 pies every day before 8 AM. Nadia G. reminds me of my own daughter, who has picked up the cooking thing after all. I love my baby, but I have been making giant Christmas turkey dinner with gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatos, and bread dressing for about 30 years now. This torch is getting heavy.
Does anyone out there in Comment Land know what happened to her?? I always thought (still do) she could make a strong run at being an actress. She can read script with the best of them and she's obviously super relaxed in front of the camera. Seems to me a slam dunk. Nadia, if you read this, please give us an update. Thanks!

She went into a band called 'the menstruators'..they were decent. She seems talented and likable with great energy and presence. But i get the feeling that she doesnt fit the modern agenda.
Me along with others at the Alberta Ave community hall found out how tasty a grilled Tuna open sandwich can be too. Without the garlic only because we were out. Because us senior citizens over a certain age like eating more of both kinds of fat. Same as little children do too. Instead of having to say wait 50 years or so to break out of an institution alive before finally getting to choose what what we eat and what not to eat in order not to starve to death.
And by the way, in person and out of character, you literally would not it was her. I hope she can get her disagreements worked out with the CBC, Because she is awesome.
Yeah in the state I live in (Texas) that's against the law, actually. Its considered non sanitary because of the bacteria that can accumulate under painted/polished/manicured nails that could be transferred into the food you're preparing. Im not sure about the rings and bracelets being against the law, but they are at least in the way and unprofessional looking.
Mike105 I just did my serve safe in Texas and you are allowed to wear rings as long as they have now gems (because they can fall out) you can wear one watch or bracelet as long as they have no gems and you can have painted nails as long as you wear gloves. Most of this is because physical contamination and as long as you are washing your hands according to state regulations (double hand washing to the elbow followed by hand sanatizer, then gloves if you are handling ready-to-eat foods) it should be fine. That being said, you must wash your rings, bracelets anf watches regularly just like uniforms and clothes.
Good thing they hide her lack of knife skills with crafty editing. If we saw how awkward she actually is with a knife we wouldn't take her seriously, oh wait.
I totally love and enjoy watching best TV series right here or I should say the cooking show I'm not going to say the name but y'all know what I mean. Anyway she is a totally cool awesomeness amazingly rocking person love how she does her cooking shows it's like watching a cooking show and watching the comedy movie also or the comedy TV show. anyway I think she's fantastic anyway i think she's fantastic & the coolest ever. I hope she continues to do new episodes I think she's hilarious plus the fact she's a great chef or cook. Yes I'm a big fan of hers I mean can you blame me she's like totally Bad to the Bone how can you not enjoy or love watching her TV series or her cooking show I should say. Here's hoping she does New season and episodes of her cooking show I truly do love enjoy watching them she rocks.
