Hi Uptal , All the printers that you have mentioned are really good. The print speed of the above are all same ( a few seconds may or may not differ) . All the 3 are ink efficient and require less maintenance. If you choosing a printer between the 3 there is a only a difference of price .you can go for any 1 out of the 3 there is no issues

Hi Rimjhim , 1) HP , Epson are good ink tanks under 10k 2) Both HP 310 and Epson eco L3101 are good printers , Epson needs a little less maintenance than Hp , but the printing quality of HP is little better than Epson . 3) Epson is a little bit more costlier than HP 4) there is no difference in speed of printing in 300 and 400 series ( only difference is 400 series has wifi whereas 300 series doesn't ) 5) you can go for any printer (Epson 3101 or hp 310)
Hi Om , inktanks will be good for both performance and multifunctioning and in long run ink tank will cost less and has less maintenance . I will recommend hp 310 if you don't need wifi printing or else hp 419 if you need wifi printing
Each and every brand his its own advantage and disadvantage . Hp will be light weight and little costly compared to other brands . Other printers such as canon , brothers will be little heavy but less costly .it completely depends on you which one to buy . Hi , Put half ink in the storage tank , so as when there will be movement of the printer nothing will happen . But move carefully , keep it stable as much as you can and then nothing will happen Printer will last very long

Not required brother ... CD is Only needed for installation of software , which can be done through internet . When I also bought hp 2131 the CD was not included , you can see my unboxing video of hp 2131 where there was no CD inside the box.

Hi Ujjwal, You can use duplicate ink but the printing quality will not be so good as you get from original ink. But still if you are using duplicate ink it will cost you around ₹400-₹800. One more thing the page yield capacity will be less compared to original ink

Hi , Thank you 1) Each cartridge has a duty cycle of 10000 pages, so it can still print many pages after 1yr usage ( once each cartridge prints about 10000 pages than one needs to change the print head ) 2) no there will be no issues on page line 3) no I have not changed the print head till now 4) since its a lower model , so I will suggest you to go for hp 410 which comes with wifi

Once you fill the tank with the ink , till the ink is over In the tank one can print and than again one has to refill the tanks Approx 4000 prints can be given with one ink bottle

Hi Team, Hope you are fine and stay safe. Gone through your video completely valuable, but still I have few doubts. Point 1 : - I have to buy printer specially to print a bills (Black and White) and some time photocopy (Aadhar/PAN). I am assuming I will print on an average 300 -400 pages/month. I have to take care of cost/pages, future aspects(Refilling cost, maintenance ). Please suggest a printer under 10K. Inkjet/Ink tank/Laser what printer would be good, If any please suggest model number. Point 2: - What would be issue if I will not fill color ink at all, because I don't need, I will only fill black ink every time, and it will print around 3k-4K pages for me. I was looking at HP 115 model but it can only print no scan option is available. I could see black ink cost me around 500Rs/Year, which is under by budget, but if it is mandatory to fill all ink that will cost around 2000rs/Year, then this printer will out of my scope. Point 3 : What all other maintenance is required apart from this ink-refiling, please mention with cost. Point 4: My laptop don't have any disk driver in that case how I will able to run the CD? How printer will connect to laptop. Kindly suggest I hope my question is clear. looking forward for positive response.
Hi, Thank you for your response 1) If you are having only black and white requirement ( no color requirement ) than you can go for laserjet printers such as *Brother HL-L2321D*, *HP 1020 plus* But if you have black and white + color requirement than you can go for inktank such as *HP 310, canon g2012, Epson L3150* 2) there will be no problem if you don't fill color inks , you can only use black 3) I am using hp310, canon g2012 since last 2-3 years and still not a single maintenance has come yet , so maintenance wise there will be less issue . Hi brother , If you are using a inktank printer then always use original ink . For hp inktank use hp ink For canon inktank use canon ink But if you are using inkjet then good quality substitute ink can be used ( but still advised to use original ink )

50 -60 pages means around 1500 to 1800 pages per months - best inktank .

Hi Shyamji , except Wifi there is no difference between hp 310 & 410. If you have wifi requirement then go for 410 or else I would suggest 310

Put half ink in the storage tank , so as when there will be movement of the printer nothing will happen .
But move carefully , keep it stable as much as you can and then nothing will happen

Hp is good but i dislike cartridges type printhead since cartridges used to clogged and spoil fast if we touch printhead or noozle and copper connections.

3) the website will automatically identify the printer and will give you the required software link.

Not required brother ... CD is Only needed for installation of software , which can be done through internet .
When I also bought hp 2131 the CD was not included , you can see my unboxing video of hp 2131 where there was no CD inside the box.

Color ink bottle can print upto approx 6000 pages
But if you asking how many days the ink can go without drying up inside the bottle , then it can go upto 24 - 30 months

You can use duplicate ink but the printing quality will not be so good as you get from original ink.
But still if you are using duplicate ink it will cost you around ₹400-₹800. One more thing the page yield capacity will be less compared to original ink

1) Each cartridge has a duty cycle of 10000 pages, so it can still print many pages after 1yr usage ( once each cartridge prints about 10000 pages than one needs to change the print head )
2) no there will be no issues on page line
3) no I have not changed the print head till now
4) since its a lower model , so I will suggest you to go for hp 410 which comes with wifi

As per your information, one needs to replace the print-head after every duty cycle of the cartridge, then it would be costly to replace the print head after every 10k pages .
One question I have seen many mentioned in comments that actually one can printout only up to 1k-2k pages way lower than the mentioned printouts(6k-8k), is it true?
Once you fill the tank with the ink , till the ink is over In the tank one can print and than again one has to refill the tanks
Approx 4000 prints can be given with one ink bottle

Gone through your video completely valuable, but still I have few doubts.
Point 1 : - I have to buy printer specially to print a bills (Black and White) and some time photocopy (Aadhar/PAN). I am assuming I will print on an average 300 -400 pages/month. I have to take care of cost/pages, future aspects(Refilling cost, maintenance ). Please suggest a printer under 10K.
Inkjet/Ink tank/Laser what printer would be good, If any please suggest model number.
Point 2: - What would be issue if I will not fill color ink at all, because I don't need, I will only fill black ink every time, and it will print around 3k-4K pages for me. I was looking at HP 115 model but it can only print no scan option is available. I could see black ink cost me around 500Rs/Year, which is under by budget, but if it is mandatory to fill all ink that will cost around 2000rs/Year, then this printer will out of my scope.
Point 3 : What all other maintenance is required apart from this ink-refiling, please mention with cost.
Point 4: My laptop don't have any disk driver in that case how I will able to run the CD? How printer will connect to laptop.
Kindly suggest I hope my question is clear. looking forward for positive response.

1) If you are having only black and white requirement ( no color requirement ) than you can go for laserjet printers such as *Brother HL-L2321D*, *HP 1020 plus*
But if you have black and white + color requirement than you can go for inktank such as *HP 310, canon g2012, Epson L3150*
2) there will be no problem if you don't fill color inks , you can only use black
3) I am using hp310, canon g2012 since last 2-3 years and still not a single maintenance has come yet , so maintenance wise there will be less issue .
One has to only change the print head after about 10000 black prints & 10000 color which will cost about ₹2000

If you are using a inktank printer then always use original ink .
For hp inktank use hp ink
For canon inktank use canon ink
But if you are using inkjet then good quality substitute ink can be used ( but still advised to use original ink )
