I bought this day before yesterday and the Hp service guy did not come. I thought y not try to install myself so I checked up your video. It really was very helpful though I am yet to start installation. I am very happy with my choice now especially the ink tank one. I had gone in looking for the laser jet and on going through others there I settled for this one though its the higher price range than I had thought of buying.
I have researched a lot about ink tank printers and viewd a lot of revews , and guess what...most of them are CRAP.
Finally setteling for this , you revewed evey aspect of the printer . Its just awesome , 👍👍

How is it going after 3 years? Any issue you found in normal day to day usage via usb and wifi?
A completely untrustworthy review!
Here is why:
a. 8:41 - a black stain is clearly visible on the left corner of the first page of the b&w text AFTER the printer calibration (after first usage) - this may mean problems with staining in the future.
b. B&W print speed - the speed here is clearly manipulated. It is affected by the unusually wide top and bottom margins. The printer would probably print much slower with standard margins.
c. 10:17 - there are obvious problems (overprint) with "M" and "g" charcters of the word "Management" - this may be due to the low resolution of the review but then it should be clearly indicated or filmed at least in 1080p.
d. the color quality of the scanned A4 photo paper package is AWFUL (even with the plastic foil).
e. I don't think the reviewer has honestly tested the two other brands he cites. One of them uses a micropiezo printhead technology which - by physical principles - genrates smaller drops resulting in a much higher resolution, while HP is using the thermal technology requiring much larger drops.
f. Idle/operational power real consumption is not given.
The only advantage this model line has over the competition is the low price of the printheads to be replaced by the user in case of "hard" clogging - no need to pay the service station. So it's OK for the home-heavy printing tasks.
The added value this review provides is a good demo of the setup process. It clear and well made.
Bro which printer to buy under 15k ... hp 419 is available in 14.5k ....
@@RohitSingh-qe3hv Don't know about prices in India but the only brand name worth investment is Epson - tried and tested. Even though their drivers and software are truly horrific. Scanner isn't good either. But print quality unmatched. And only CIS (31xx). Otherwise prices of cartridges will make you broke.

For home use go for HP. For office go for xerox.. HP has good service and parts are available easily.. also inks are cheap (for ink tank).

There is no such information from HP.. Calibration is done instantly using calibration option in printer.

Thanks for your feedback, but I don't see anything mentioned in its specifications to print on the roll.. nor I have checked it myself. So, I cannot comment on this.

Main HP printer 5 years se use kar raha hun.. koi issues nahi aaya, I just had to replace the ink cartridge; now let's see Print head kitne din chalta hain. I have printed 800 B/W pages and 80+ photos , no issues so far for thos printer.

Not sure, how that has changed. But you can fix it by re-setting the printer to original state by following steps :-
1.Turn the printer off. Disconnect the power cable from the printer for 30 seconds and then reconnect.
2.Turn the printer on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention light turns on.
3.Release the Resume button.
Does the ink head needs to be replaced after one use of ink
It needs replacement after 15k pages print outs.

While installing I had not calibrated its scanner can I now calibrate it I had only printed 1 colour page through mobile ?? And it shows alignment error when I try to print through mobile each time

JK excel Bond is one of the good paper for text.. For photos, you can go with Kodak photo papers.
