I bought this day before yesterday and the Hp service guy did not come. I thought y not try to install myself so I checked up your video. It really was very helpful though I am yet to start installation. I am very happy with my choice now especially the ink tank one. I am facing two issue with 419. 1. I am using it past 6 months, but suddenly while print photo paper in best quality mode, at the end of print its making wired noise and breaks the lines, not whole page just at the end line of the page 2. For home use go for HP. For office go for xerox.. HP has good service and parts are available easily.. also inks are cheap (for ink tank).

I have not faced such issue till now , may be you can call service person to your home and get it checked . Its in warranty.

There is no such information from HP.. Calibration is done instantly using calibration option in printer.
