Albatross - Peter Green (fingerstyle)

- Yesterday I was testing my "t.c. electronic G-natural" playing around with reverbs and delays. Suddenly I found myself noodling some fragments of Peter Green's Albatross. I played a bit, made up a little arrangement and started the camcorder.
Just for fun - hope you like it! ;-))

That is beautiful. Has such a wonderful melodic sound. Obviously an open tuning. Wonderful cover! RIP Peter Green.

Sorry, I've got no tabs for Albatross. I kind of improvised it, but if you watch closely you must be able to figure it out - b.t.w. this is the best way to learn a song. Tabs help but nothing more! If you want the tabs for The Boxer - yes, I transcribed this one - lol - just send me your email address!

Fantastic. What a full, rich, reverberating, sound. And a very good feel as well. I could listen to it all day. I really love when people do something a bit different with a cover. @FrankRMusic Peter Green gehört für mich immer noch zu den Großen ... Slabo Day, Black Magic Women, My Green Mandalishi, Albatross ...... einfach klasse Songs. Aber erst beim Rumdameln mit verschieden Reverbs und einem Stereo Delay kam mir die Idee, diesen Song zu spielen - first take, first shot - ready! Das macht Spaß!
