SUMMER SOLSTICE 2024 📷
I made it again and it was the earliest summer solstice since 1796! Normally, it falls on 21 June and this year it was at 20:54 on 20 June.
I went back to a favourite spot - Shingle Street in Suffolk. It is one of the first places in the country where you can see the sun coming up. The sun rose at 04:34am on Thursday and we got very lucky, as it was a pretty amazing sight this year.
I do like capturing my sunrises throughout the year and this is always a major highlight. Joined by a handful of people, we experienced the new dawn.
I consider myself very fortunate to work in this environment!

Avery nice video Graeme it seemed very serene at Shingle Street. However, you must be a Vampire as you never seem to sleep. 😂
