His singing foundation was gospel, that's why he was able to handle this song so well. Truly, Donny Hathaway should not be touched, but this is beautifully done, heart-felt and spiritual. Tony definitely tapped into his spiritual roots. I agree with the person said it's ironic that it is the last track on the last album he did before his death.
