Great little video!!! but damn don't be shy put some food in the plate !!!!If I'm going to do all that work making and prepping I'm going to fill the plate not live like a mouse !!!lol lol !!!! great job Sir !!!
Lol. I cooked tasting menus for many years and I had a chef from Italy that would slap me in the back of them head when I put too much food on a plate. Food ptsd😅
It's really good and Way better if you make it yourself. The no1 online seller has a picture of pork bacon on their page for beef bacon-pretty funny to me.
Would this be terrible with a lean cut? I fully realize that the fattier cuts make a superior product but I have to pick and choose where I can use those types of products for health reasons. I have found that turkey sausage is pretty good but turkey bacon is kind of meh.
Turkey bacon is bad-it’s just too lean. Sausage is better since you can add fat. And you really want to use a well-marbled cut here, otherwise it can be dry when you cook it. A big piece of chuck could work though!
Your videos are great. Concise.
Thank you.
Thanks. Nuts and bolts with no fluff is what I like to watch.
This is a wonderful and informative video, thank you!

Beef bacon can be expensive and hard to find. I'm excited to try this.
