@@Some._.Random._.Person I don’t think there are many rules restricting cards sleeves other than they have to be identical
@@juc3eoncs32 They’d have to get a custom made sleeve that covers up the back of the slab. The PSA cases shows unique serial numbers and can easily be marked or identified since you can see the back of the card. But if the backs of the slabs are all covered and identical I guess it might be at least somewhat legal
If I could go back in time I’d tell my younger self to keep all my trading cards in a nice folder and don’t lose them 😂

GX was my era of YUGIOH I will forever love it
I remember me and my friend walking 3 miles down to Target in 2001 to buy our first starter decks. He got Kaiba I got Yugi. Was mad to learn they don’t give you some of there most powerful cards in the deck. We ended up being 5$ short to pay for both decks but there was an awesome nicer older lady behind us that saw us counting all our quarters only to be 5$ short. She was our hero and gave us 6$ so we could buy both decks. We were so grateful we helped her with her backs to her car

Id say the rarest gx card I ever had was when i was a kid and i managed to pull a ghost rare rainbow neos from one of the phantom darkness packs in the stardust dragon tin

GX was when the game got more fluid to me. More fusion gameplay implemented, too. So good. Cyber dragon ulti hits different
I have that shining flame wingman. But it’s not graded at all. As a little kid I just threw it with the rest of my cards without a care LOL

OG collector here. I stupidly traded a good bit of my OG 1st ED ultimate rates for blue eyes support cards (at the time I didn’t really care as I just wanted to play again). I had just got back in the game in 2021 after not playing since 2009. Didn’t realize the value till after the fact. Learned my lesson, but I’ll say I just kinda miss looking at them. Ended up getting that speed duel GX box and got a secret rare flame wingman. Not the same but I’m glad I “replaced” the OG in the binder.
I have a stack of cyber dragons. I better dust off my old binders and start grading stuff

I've never even seen first editions packs to buy in any store, for any card game. First editions packs are just a myth.
I had a ultimate rare shining flare wingman 1st edition when i was a kid. Was my favorite card and i still don't know what happened to it. After losing touch with collecting the only cards i could find were my blue-eyes, dark magicians, and exodia. None of the GX era ones were in my binder 🙁

After watching, these are literally went to my closet to see if I still have my Yu-Gi-Oh cards and I thought I threw them out because I couldn’t find them for 2 hours but I actually have the $8000 card I don’t think mines would be $1000 because the condition isn’t that good I’d probably get 1k for mines and I’m fine with that
why do people always have to make up these high prices? Sure sounds better for the Video but people start to believe this and think their worthless cards must also be worth millions
It's not made up it's however much it was sold/bought for. If you find the right people, some people will drop a lot of money on the cards, especially if you find a collector

we used to use those cyber dragons as toilet paper as kids, i remember we used to hate the shiny ones (ultimate rare) because they didnt look the same as in anime xD

Mine is the original ultra rare Japanese print Creator God of Light Horakhty. Last I checked that card is worth $4500.
I think the most valuable card I ever owned was a Volcanic Doomfire I pulled from the Force of the Breaker launch. Unfortunately I traded it to my bro for an Exodia the Forbidden One he acquired at the event (I had the arms and legs so he knew I'd want to complete the set). Then he went and traded it away for an OG art Dark Magician lmao
