    Hi can you please advise. As employeer can I share my employee work contract with third party ? This reflects salary agreement and other benefits? Or I should reduct that information?

    Are tax practitioners and bookkeepers obligated to apply for there clients?

      I dont think so as its not a tax requirement, however I think we have a responsibility to inform our clients of changes in legislation, also if you compile financials you need to take NOCLAR into consideration. Bookkeeping is a more internal function, so dont think it will be their responsibility, but it would be good practice to inform management if you become aware of it.
