Yes, you can like a character who’s bad or evil, but many of the “alpha” fans go as far as to kin, idolize or victimize Walt, Patrick, Homelander (& butcher), etc because they couldn’t comprehend what the directors thought was obvious. I find babygirlyfication very funny as a BB and BCS fan: both when it makes sense (esepcially with Saul Goodman because I already find him hilarious so seeing people say "omg my cute lil girl" just kills me) and when it makes no sense (for example with my favorite character in the franchise, Mike, where he's probably preparing to snipe some guys and then people go like "omg my cute lil baby" like lmfao)

I started watching more older Al Pacino films from Dog Day Afternoon and Godfather films bcs of the Tumblr fanart and edits. He always play sad and depressed characters that u can't help but babygirlfy him especially with sad and tired eyes. Another actor that I often babygirlfy is Keanu Reeve's characters. I love this phenomenon. The horribleness of their characters contrasted with the feminine energy and stereotypes feels like a reclaiming of something potentially scary. Patrick Bateman barely thought twice before pulling out a nail gun on his female secretary and an axe on his male coworker (but he hurts significantly more women). Turning him into "one of us" makes him feel less dangerous, almost in a mocking or 'cute' way; it also makes some of us women feel powerful, less like pitiful meat. I've noticed this with Hannibal Lecter as well. Both characters have very intense, physically consequential reactions to how they feel, while women tend to be more physically in control/collected. I think that the appeal is the irony, the humiliation of that character, and a catharsis for emotionally frustrated women. 🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀:*☆(ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

Well to be honest because I hate those sigma edits and those music...I don't mind baby girlification. Like for example I do not mind people babygirlifying Astarion or Gojo because those guys aren't toxic males. Yeah Astarion is narcisstic at times but he has reasons for acting this way because of being treated like garbage. He is the best survivor stories and people love his sassy nature. The same goes for Gojo because he isn't as prideful and his ego makes sense. He is the strongest and at least isn't too emotional about it. Now no way will I want to babygirl a villain like AM or Holden but you know what at least babygirl isn't as pretentious as those sigh Sigma edits.

Absolutely he is irredeemable compared to just about everyone other than Walt, but I have to believe that his low percentage of hate has to be more of a reflection of his not having as much of an impact or compelling role in the series than a commentary on his morality. Absolutely, the proportion of hate for Skylar is insane on that list, though. I do believe that some of it, again, simply has to do with the percentage of time in the series that her character serves as an obstacle to the plot rather than a catalyst, and that is also a reflection of the biases of the writers. Personally, I can't get behind Skylar sticking with Walt for as long as she did, and that's the only thing that I really blame her for.
