Forgive me if I'm wrong on this, but if they took the Queen collection away, it's likely because it wasn't selling well. That's usually how it works with most brands. So, if the products from that collection were that great and so iconic, why didn't they sell well enough? I know I saw a few of the queen collection products on sell/"last chance" in my local dollar general several months back.
Kenetrice Nichole they more than likely wasn’t selling well because the big boost in beauty and makeup that’s been going on for the past couple of years wasn’t happening when Queen collection released. I remember good advertisement for it but the reality is us brown girls weren’t going as hard on makeup as we’ve been for the past couple of years. I can say 5 years ago i wasn’t interested in makeup at all but since 2018 i’ve purchased more than i actually need with multiple foundations just cause ...🤷🏾♀️

I’m a beauty team member at target and my guest always ask for the cover girl queen collection. It’s been gone for a little while now but people still ask about it. I haven’t seen brands dedicate a collection to just brown skin girls I’ve only seen drugstore brands extend shades: which is great! But it would be nice to have something dedicated just to black women!

Merville Fray - 🤔 Hmm… I haven’t heard of it being discontinued, but it may have been a limited edition collection. In the past, I have seen them bring certain palettes back that had sold out, so keep an eye out. Also, try DM-ing them on IG. They may reply. ☺️
They palette was gone from the site pretty quickly. Nobody seems to talk about discontinued stuff but I almost everyone I follow talked about that palette when it came out. I figured it It did well because they keep stuff forever until it’s sold out completely. I wanted it but it was only available on some site I have never used.

Thank you for mentioning which brands offer olive tones. I have fair to medium skin depending on how much I’ve been outside or if I have a spray tan. I’m Mediterranean so I have olive undertones, which makes it so annoying to find a shade that matches me. I appreciate when brands release more shades, because it reads to me that they have spent a lot of time and effort on the undertones for every shade they release. I was so excited to see that fenty has very light shades that still have olive tones, because that’s exactly what I had been needing that no brand had delivered before. Good shade ranges help us all out, so god bless the people of color who work within these brands to bring that to life. I also want to thank you for giving cream products a shoutout, because I honestly love them and I cannot believe it took me this long to give cream products the love they deserve. I especially love the flower beauty glow drops (their liquid blush), but they are pretty sheer so I don’t know how they’d read on darker skin.
