What?!!! That's not okay, I'm from colombia and companies are banned to fire their employees in this crisis. This is when you need your work the most, even if you have to pay it twice in work when everything is over. It only shows they only care about the money not the people. Omg i can't with this. God bless you, your gonna be fine.
Speaking of single eyeshadows, a company that does single matte pastels really well for us melanated folks is Sydney Grace, an indie brand out if California. They use a highly pigmented, mica-based formula that packs a punch and looks gorgeous. I think they have a few hundred different products by now!
I learned my lesson last summer in canada.. I got sun exema/rash on my arms n chest where it would itch ALOT.. I never had this problem during summer here in sweden tho..
Just an FYI for anyone out there diving into the sunscreen World, chemical sunscreens are also really really really bad for the ocean, ocean life, and specifically coral reefs. One of the main reasons that they are all losing color and dying is because of the chemicals from our SPF that are leaching into the oceans and directly affecting their ability to sustain oxygenation and life. Stick to physical sunscreen barriers and not only is it better for your skin, but you keep our oceans alive! Happy sunscreening everyone.
Jessica Barone I don’t mean to attack you but I recommend lab muffins video about sunscreen myths where she summarizes really well the misinformation around chemical sunscreens and them bleaching coral reefs with scientific papers
Priscilla Nguyen i've seen that before. But I personally can't use chemical sunscreens. Without fail my skin will break out in a red rash. It sucks. So I can only use physical anyways 🙃

In my opinion pastels look better in dark skin, cause they create a beautiful contrast between the skin and the colors
This hopefully will make me feel better. Sephora laid off a bunch of employee’s today & I was one of them 😢
Cheyenne Willingham 😢💔 i prayed for you hun! hope things get better soon! 💜
Cheyenne Willingham omg I knew you guys closed the stores but I assumed they were paying you guys during this time ☹️
Not surprised with these companies, make sure to apply for unemployment.
Prayers for you,I know it must be hard ❤️place your faith it Jesus
What?!!! That's not okay, I'm from colombia and companies are banned to fire their employees in this crisis. This is when you need your work the most, even if you have to pay it twice in work when everything is over. It only shows they only care about the money not the people. Omg i can't with this. God bless you, your gonna be fine.
I’m not dark skin tone but I still love watching your videos. I still learned a lot with them ! You look stunning with those colors
Speaking of single eyeshadows, a company that does single matte pastels really well for us melanated folks is Sydney Grace, an indie brand out if California. They use a highly pigmented, mica-based formula that packs a punch and looks gorgeous. I think they have a few hundred different products by now!
Synthetic mica is a thing, and if I read it right that is what they use.
I started wearing SPF in 2009 when I discovered Michelle Phan and she stated how important sunscreen is!
There's a lot of things I wear because Michelle Phan told me to 10 years ago lol
I learned my lesson last summer in canada.. I got sun exema/rash on my arms n chest where it would itch ALOT.. I never had this problem during summer here in sweden tho..
1. STUNNING! 2. “I’m tired of not being able to eat my lip product.” ...relatable.
Please suggest alternatives because I don’t know the difference but don’t want to create any more of an adverse effect on the environment 😊
Any suggestions for mineral sunscreens? There are only a few I can find here in Europe and don't know if they're any good.
@@priscillanguyen4334 I don't see it as an attack, thank you for furthering the dissemination of research based info. I will look into it. Thank you!
I started using spf last year and it has improved the look of my skin so much, it’s actually amazing.
This is such a GORGEOUS look!!
“This is my quarantine glow”...yes!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I peeped that glow recipe avocado mask...I swear by that stuff!
Black girls look hot in pastels. PERIOD. Change my mind!!
Never black woman are absolutely one of the most beautiful woman in the world. They are the one of the only woman to wear pastels and make it look wonderful.
PERIODDDDD
I'm 32 and JUST NOW realized that pastel po-po-POPS on my melinated skin. Lol now I can't get enough!
Y'all look good in damn near every color, pastels and neons super pop but still I've rarely ever seen a color not look good on darker skin tones. My pastey ass avoids yellow, orange, and most shades of red cause I can't pull em off.
My brown stepdad once gave me a pale pale pale pastel purple eyeshadow.
I looked like Britney Spears in Oops. He didn't understand how.
Dad. I'm pale. Thanks.
