This is the Rep Fitness AB-3000 Adjustable FID Bench version 2.0. It's an absolutely incredible piece of equipment, considering it's price point. This product is one of the very few things I've ever reviewed on this channel that I really can't find any flaws in.

What's the length of the bench not including the short seat pad? And what's your height?
I'm asking because I noticed that when you were doing flat bench press, the gap didn't bother you as your butt did not reach the gap. I want to know if that will be the case for me as well, because this bench will be a sure buy for me if I can do flat bench press comfortably in it.

Just got mine delivered today in red. Dang, this thing is a tank. A little lower to the ground than I thought it would be, but it should work great since the seat pad is adjustable.

Nice! Yeah, it's a beast. I actually bought it because it's a normal commercial height. A lot of home gym benches are awkwardly high.

@@aaronstestlab No kidding, with my power tech bench I had to use cinder blocks to place my feet on or else it felt like I was on my tiptoes. Big improvement!

Hey dude, question for you. When the bench is at a 45 degree incline when pressing, how many inches behind the J cups is the bench? I’m trying to see if this bench will fit in my Titan T3 Squat Stand when inclined. I’m worried I don’t have enough depth before it hits the rear stabilizer bar. Thanks!
