I’ve Always Hated The HOA and After Hearing these Stories, Even though some of these Stories are only Fiction Really Really Strengthen my Hatred Towards HOA’s. I’ve Actually Refused and Passed up Tree Removal Jobs that a Few HOA’s have Contacted me too do For Them. Yes, I Might of Gave up Hundreds and Thousands of Dollars Cause of My Hatred of HOA’s but I Picked up Jobs that made up for my Loss.
Unless the county/ state agrees to the plat map a property can't be co-owned in such a manner. There is the not only the liability issues, costs incurred by Olivia. I assume there was mortgage can't see a bank or private lender taking that risk not to mention a shared space like that would devalue to the over all property
