same thing happened to me. I think it’s an issue with the MXT being made in china. I sized down in Sand and Ararat and they fit absolutely perfect, but with mxt they fit significantly smaller and very narrow
I decided to keep this pair and I love the feel on my foot and I was the biggest hater of these I actually copped a pair of crocs to compare which is what made me fall in love with them

Sizing is always subjective my true to size might not be your true to size in YZY. My true to size has a centimeter room on my toe and i have a normal foot width. Some people say its their true to size but they have 2cm space from their toe but width wise it fits them perfectly. So always consider your foot structure not everyone's feet are the same.
