Three days ago I received a very long message from my sister that was, in short, an emotional attack. I’m currently in the process of distancing myself from a narcissistic family structure and she had enough of my silence - pretty much blamed me for our broken family. She even told me at the end of this message not to even bother responding to her. I did anyway, in the most loving and rational way I could, but didn’t get a response. I found this video right after my husband and I got in a fight about bills. We are behind because of a fire six months ago that caused us to suddenly moved and loose a family pet and thousands of dollars.
