The worst restaurant bathroom in America?

- After having the initial shock of seeing this bathroom for the first time I had to go back in to get some video. It's almost a work of art it's so bad. It's a bathroom that's off to the side of a Taco Bell/KFC in San Francisco and the surprising thing is that I had to be let in through a locked gate and it was still this bad. Amazing. I'm sure you can imagine what it smells like. :)
If you can find one that's worse, please let me know.

I would love my bathroom to be tagged up like that. I'd enjoy squatting over the seat, taking a dump, and enjoying the view in that bathroom.

Boston, MA: Burger King, Downtown Crossing, Winter & Tremont Sts. Graffiti is way worse than dat, found a sock clogging the toilet once, smells awful. It looks SOMEWHAT better now cuz dey made it a so u gotta get a key to get in, and dey dont let homeless folk in anymore (dey used to "bathe" themselves in there, and occasionally do drugs). Str8 nastiness...
If those were gendered restrooms, then the Women's Restroom became a Staff Restroom.

I wouldnt say in the world. There is a very popular river in India where people actually bath, drink, pee, shit and pee in. Theres also corpse of animals floating in this river even humans, idk the name right of the bat but im sure you can find it within 5 mins.
one time me and my dad went to this place before he died and my dad had a problem standing up for a long time so my dad and went in to the stall there was puke and crap all over the toilet i though that was the worst restroom but i was wrong this video clearly shows this is the worst restroom i have ever seen

In USA*. I bet that they have worse restrooms in Mexico.
They have to pay a fee to enter the public bathroom... smh...
