Have you tried the auto-captions from youtube with translation? It works reasonably well here. I agree with you that these videos are really interesting because there's very little info about these plants online. I'm lucky to live in the Netherlands, so I can even go and visit Eetbaargoed. Perhaps in a few years I'll have my own channel with videos in English, so stay tuned 😉!
