The case with the kid with the car Judy is wrong and so is the neighbor…his car is legal despite how much noise it makes he’s not breaking any law.. if the neighbor has a issue call the cops…and I’m sure the cops can’t do nothing about it. The kid is not committing no crime…between Judy and the neighbor they are digging to find issues with the kid…while the neighbor confronted and assaulted him 1st.
