Thanks for bringing us up-to-date with your textile journey. I have to share with you that I started watching the channel several years ago as a brand new weaver. You helped me immensely bring joy to the craft and I learned so much from you. Thank you so much for all you do! Play no attention to the complainers if they don't like what you're doing they don't have to watch. The rest of us are delighted!
I love your Chanel. I started weaving because I saw your beginners scarf pattern. I have a rigid heddle loom. You are a wonderful teacher! I started weaving two years ago. I’m in my sixties and I can’t wait to teach my granddaughters.
You are a breath of fresh air and so fun and sincere! Thank you for so skillfully teaching us and for all the insightful rightful tips that bring joy to my weaving! 💙
Happy happy happy 5 years. I've been with u even before I bought my first loom. Oh... Maybe I can blame u for that. Lol. Had an RH loom, bought a 4 shaft floor in May and just got a 8 shaft table today. Yikes!
It sounds like you’ve really embraced your passion for weaving! I’ll take full responsibility for getting you into it 😅 and I must say, I’m jealous of your 8-shaft loom!
Thank you for sharing. That takes a lot of guts! I am impressed that you are not ordering your life around RUclips. I have found your content very helpful. Thank you!
Congratulations on all these fabulous milestones!! I am so, so happy to have this corner of RUclips dedicated to easy and fun, non-intimidating weaving! You are right that there is not so much weaving content on youtube and especially it's (not impossible, but) difficult to find weavers who are in my age / similar life stage. Thank you for being here!
I very glad you are going to continue your channel. Every time I watch you, I am always smiling along with you, your laugh is contagious, and your weaving is inspiring. I wish you continued good luck!
Hey! Congrats on so many milestones 🎉 I enjoy every one of your videos. A pox on the youtube algorithm for putting so much pressure on y'all to produce produce produce. 🔔 (all) One of my favorite quotes is, "If you're not having fun and enjoying the journey then what's the point," by Patrick Willie, a Native RUclipsr from the Navajo nation of the north american Southwest
I love your videos and I'm happy to see you posting. I can see you having great success on RUclips, but I'm sure it's a very time consuming venture. Best of luck to you!
Aw Malena, I saw you pop up in my timeline (insert picture of dog with tail whipping hard back and forth). I was a little sad that I hadn't seen you for a while, thinking "oh she's doing well with her textile school and is moving onward." Thank you for giving us the story background of what you've been up to; we appreciate it. I am sorry you had to drop out of school, but it makes perfect sense why you did so - why weave professionally on a 24-shaft loom, when you will be using those gorgeous looms at home. I am glad you got the chance/experience to go to school - it will certainly benefit you on your journey back to your love of weaving. I'm looking forward to seeing you again. Welcome back. ♥
Thank you for sharing this information with us. I can appreciate what you mean about the weaving school.i take occasional classes at Vavstuga, Swedish Weaving Studio. There are all kinds of classes that they would love me to take. Like you, I don’t have the space or money for a drawloom in my house!! Good for you to draw the line where you did. Good luck in the future efforts here. And, lest I forget, it is good to see you back here, even occasionally.
I started weaving because of you. I really missed you while you were away. Looking forward to more videos. I now have a 4 shaft loom as well as the rigid heddle loom. You are very good at explaining everything and I appreciate your hard work putting out the videos. Good luck and stay happy weaving xxx
I love your channel. One thing you taught me is how to direct warp my 4 shaft table loom. What a difference it makes! I have steered several people to your channel to learn weaving tricks. Thank you so much for what you do.
Your videos are wonderful!! You inspire me on my weaving journey. I love your positive outlook and upbeat nature! You also make beautiful pieces and are an excellent teacher, thank you!
Nice to see you again on my suggested to you tab. I multi-craft and enjoyed your previous videos when I bought a RHL. I would love to see more quick projects, so when I get the itch LOL I can follow along ( like knitting channels) thank you for your time and Joy you bring.
So glad you are doing well! I found your channel when I first started RH weaving and your Lion Brand Mandala Ombré was my second project. You have so cheerfully shared your knowledge and I so appreciate that. Also love your yarn and color choices. Will always follow your channel. Wishing you health and happiness in the New Year! ❤ (And now you have gotten me interested in inkle looms. 😅
Thank you so much for thinking of using my affiliate link for your purchase! The way it works is that when you're ready to place your order, you can click on this link and then proceed to the pruchase: woolery.com?aff=214 This will link your purchase to my affiliate account and I would receive a commission. I feel the need to add that the Woolery is in the US, so it's best to buy from them when in the US too. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Congratulations on all your achievements and welcome back! I found you after looking for info about old counterbalance looms. Hope you will still produce an occasional 4 shaft video 😀
I was wondering what happened to you! It's lovely to see you back. I look forward to your content. I also dropped out of my course for exactly the same reasons.
So glad you are back! Please please show how you wove on the inkle loom. You are convincing me to use mine cos I was so confused about how to warp it 😂
I always love your videos, it helped me a lot when I first started weaving. I am wondering something ? Seing that you live in Quebec, I seem to hear a bit of a French accent, as many of us Quebecers have. I know that there are very few Francophone videos on weaving, have you ever considered making some in French, I think you might get some views from Francophones also, just a thought. You are a great teacher and it is easy to see you love your crafts.
