- In this video i'm installing the brand new forge motorsport exhaust on my 2021 Suzuki Jimny JB74. I will give you some explanation on how to install the catback forge exhaust system , i will launch the suzuki jimny and i will do some high rpm soundchecks before and after the installation. Enjoy!

In 1986 they were fun but seriously under powered. In 1990 I bought one that was fuel injected and it ran great. Would sell millions of these in the U.S.
I imagine Jeep lobbied against it cause it would 100% cut into their sales. Most people into this type of vehicle don't wanna pay $45,000 for a bloated fiat.

The snorkel does not work with this type of air intake. It will suck up water halfway most likely haha. And no this will maybe give 1Hp extra 😂

exhaust sounds great - had one shipped all the way to the Dominican Republic - sadly it arrived with no gaskets - Forge then tried every excuse to avoid sending the gaskets - first claiming the exhaust didn't need any between the back box and mid section and mid section to front section - then agreeing it did - four weeks later still no gaskets - when you are spending £1400 gbp you expect it to come complete
Jeez just get 2 gaskets from the suzuki dealer

Exhaust does not change a thing 😌
What were the difference in pipe diameter between the OEM exhaust and the forge?
The forge is a tiny bit bigger but not that much. Not gonna feel any horsepower increase 😊
@@LifeofSmokey I ask because, a lot of aftermarket go for 2.5" tubes which is not needed at the power level that engine has, 2" is more than enough, but I was curios how much bigger that Forge tube were.

@@LifeofSmokey Did you notice any performance difference and fuel consumption with the new exhaust? Certainly sounds distinctive, a bit like a Subaru??
@@clooperman3745 Nah exhaust and air intake will not make a big difference. My driving style has changed because the awesome sound starts at 4000rpm now. So i’m always going above it so my fuel consumption is higher now. Got a video coming with the Forge Air filter as well. It’s sound like a Honda VTEC now 😁👌
I looked at different exhausts and saw that they give max 1 or 2 BHP. But I guess with more air intake as well you should have gained something. Interesting to have it on the rollerbank once. Then let it chiptune and see what you get. Maybe up to 120 BHP is achievable without installing turbo. Just suggesting p, as I like to see you do it, while I am just a lazy poor yt video watcher.

100hp stock and after the exhaust and air intake i'm pretty sure it's just 100hp again on these N/A engines 😁. They say it would add like 5hp but i don't really believe that 😊
