Carrot cake is the best dessert on earth. I have even tried a Carrot cake smoothie using cooked oatmeal and Carrot juice with the spices. I was amazed by how it tasted. Delicious

Try using at least half brown sugar for extra richness. Also, you can add cinnamon or other spices to the frosting recipe.
