Today I’m going to be sharing with you the easiest and most delicious cake you can ever make! Literally this is the dessert you have to make for your holiday dinner! I promise you everyone is going to enjoy it even if you are not a big fan of pumpkin, this cake is so moist, fluffy and it just melts in your mouth

I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
Make sure the cake is fully cooked otherwise it will get stick to kitchen towel, and your cake will be a hot mess! Cook between 15-18 minutes
Tip: add crushed pecans to the filling for a little crunch, cut the ends of cake to even it out!
Ingredients: 8-16 slices
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch salt
1 cup 100% pumpkin puree
Cream cheese filling
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
4 tbsp salted butter at room temp
1 cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice extract
1 serving of love 💕

Just as you pulled out the 1/2 sheet pan, it brought back memories of his full sheet planchas my father use to bake. This was a double layer cake w/cherry filling. First of all Claudia, you explained the process for this recipe perfectly, as you always do. I’ve been making this pumpkin roll for many years, (except without the spice extract) and it is absolutely delicious! I only use four tablespoons of real butter along with the other ingredients for the filling. And I roll it from the long side. It also freezes well wrapped tightly with foil. The filling can also be made to slather over freshly made cinnamon rolls, so delicious!😋
I couldn't find the pumpkin spice extract so I was wondering if I needed it. Thanks for your comment

I'm not a dessert fan but that's OK because I'm making the flaming chicken mac and cheese from last video tonight. They don't have Texas Petes anywhere near me in NY, as far as I know, so I'm using Franks. I googled the difference and saw that Pete's has a higher scoviille level, so I'm going to add some cayenne pepper and half of a minced jalapeno. I'm actually making a huge batch to bring to our Thursday luncheon at work tomorrow. So I'm crossing my fingers that the substitutions work out OK. 🤞😃
