You held the rope wrong if that horse bolted your hand would be off and also chains are for bikes not living animals if you need a chain that horse a no respect for you he needs someone who can lunge in a round pen with no ropes and no whips so no hate I am just saying cause this is hard to watch

Jenny Rueb To completely dismiss this video is disrespectful to someone you do not know. In the case that the horse creates a situation where it is necessary, a chain can be used safely. When walking or lunging a pushy gelding with limited training, I have it for security. Eventually it will be taken off, but he could hurt himself or others. I think the title of this video is misleading. It's more of a "how to lunge your horse" not "training your horse to lunge" the information is pretty good if you have a horse that's already well trained to lunge, like the horse used in the video.

Cheers for this, been searching for "training horses for dummies" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Menailey Vonaliyah Formula - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.
