    Natashia,
    Let me just say thank you for being so authentic in your vlogs.
    You didn’t look” busted”as you say in this vlog.
    You were being your beautiful natural self.
    It’s appreciated that you didn’t sit here and dye your hair with a beautiful made up face.
    You gave us the reality of dying and flat ironing your hair after putting in protective style braids and hair clips.
    I love your honesty, and let me just say , you have beautiful natural hair and natural glowing skin.
    Your final look after everything was so gorgeous, the clips blend in so well with your natural hair.
    I would have never known you were wearing clip in hair extensions if I didn’t see you do it here in the vlog.
    Again, thank you for keeping it 💯 with your viewers.
    This is why I love and appreciate your channel.
    You give us the real rawness!
    Have a wonderful day!❤️🙏🏼

Good tears I promise....💖 I definitely want to be as authentic as I can be, I never hold back although I am nervous. Giiiiirrrrlllll, this was definitely a process, but I love it because my hair grows super long in this protective style... Clip-in extensions are my fave and I cannot live without them... Ha ha it took many times to perfect this protective style, but I have it down now... I can never thank you enough for all the support and you encourage me to continue being my authentic self... Thank you sooooooooooooo much!😘

    I have a question, can I sleep with these extensions while wearing a bonnet? How often do you recommend washing hair along with deep conditioning? And it it safe to use oil along with heat protection and a flat iron or is that to much damage? Please help my hair hasn’t grown in 5 years

    • @NatashiaPickett
      @NatashiaPickett  3 года назад +3

      Hi Vanessa, I hope all is well✨. Great question, I personally don't recommend sleeping in your clip ins but I am not saying you can't. For me they are uncomfortable so I do remove them every night. Washing the clip in's solely depends on how much oil you put in your real hair on a day to day basis. I recommending using a dry shampoo for the first two weeks to refresh you the hair and remove any oils and then wash the hair if necessary by the 3rd week. I really don't add a ton of products in my clips so I can go a lot longer without washing the hair, but it's definitely up to you and the amount a product you put in your hair. Oil sheen's are safe and any heat protection will work but I typically buy synthetic hair and the bag of hair usually recommends not using over 380 degrees. If you hair is not growing you also have to take into consideration, do you drink enough water, do you take fish oil vitamins. Think about different protective styling ideas that can get your hair to grow, I never recommend a ton of heat on damaged hair. Try switching your Shampoo and Conditioner, I do recommend (Olaplex) buy the shampoo and conditioner and the number 3 hair protector. Please let me know if my suggestions help and if you have additional questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for stopping by I truly appreciate the support.💓

    • @NatashiaPickett
      @NatashiaPickett  3 года назад +4

      Hiiii love💙! Thank you sooo much for stopping by my channel, I appreciate the support💛! Yes, I always braid my hair when I add my clip in extensions, my hair tends to grow a lot faster when I do this with my hair. I wrap my hair at night because i remove my clip in extensions every night. I remove my clip ins at night and then wrap the leave out and put my head wrap on every night... My head wrap does help keep my braids lasting about three weeks, so that is three weeks without me touching my natural hair and no heat.
