What a surprise, an optimistic real estate guy. The skies are always sunny for real estate people.

Where is Mayor Koch? He knew how to run a city. May he R.I.P.. We had major, major snow storms. The busses, subways and The Jackie Robinson Parkway was running all night long. We use to go to the disco I mean the club, lol... in heels and everything was jam packed. Some of my best memories. It was jobs, jobs, jobs. What is De Blasio doing? He looks like he's home smoking bud! I'm not joking. He's not doing anything for NYC!!!
I'm sure if your income is $100,000.00 and over, you will enjoy what use to be a melting pot.

$100k is nothing in NYC. You need $250k minimum or have rent controlled/stabilized apartment

Koch's was mayor when I moved to NYC when I was 19. I loved that he wanted pets to be counted as family.
