  • A short video telling the story of making of the first live show of I N T E R B E I N G in July 2023, a multimedia project by Nico de Transilvania, which won Cambridge University’s Endangered Landscapes Programme’s (ELP) Art Prize in 2022. Featuring traditional songs magically woven into electronic compositions, mixed with soundscapes recorded in the Romanian countryside, it celebrates local music and the beauty of the landscape - one that is under threat.
This is also the first time that Silvia Dan, an 80-year old folk singer from the Carpathian mountains, sang along side other musicians and got on stage with a band for Fagaras Fest. Read more about it here: www.forestswit...
