Or the recent examples DEI RPG's that they couldn't be bother to program whenever you bump to NPC, to react. Nah, this is unreal. Genshin's eyes are not round at all! They are straight lines drawn in a way that gives an illusion that they are round while Wuthering Waves eyes are perfectly round as eyes should look. Not to mention the dynamic eye movement compared to a dead stare. This is incredible that there are people who pray Genshins 'quality' over WW. Crazy.

But after Fontaine i noticed the game never developing and just... "dropped it". Magic right? I didnt need to cry or complain for months, just switched games.

While in the topic of tof, I always felt that wuwa atmosphere feels a lot like tof. Sometimes I see a clip of wuwa and think like "is this tof? Storytelling wise i have to somewhat agree. Some of these characters are lacking interactions with non-Rover entities and it is hiring the character writing in my opinion. Art design and just overall quality of the model though there's no comparison.
Everytime people say this its about the inside not the outside And yeah people can be biased and say stuff like “omg genshin characters yip yap too much or whatever” but the reality is a lot (not all, encore and camelya is pretty decent) of characters in wuwa feel extremely soulless in terms of writing. The dream event perfectly captures this, genuinely felt nothing in the “assemble” scene because nobody there interacts with each other and their story was just rehashed from the one idea from their story quest

Lmao, the difference isn't even funny anymore. But more importantly is the fact that GI characters stare and that's it, while WuWa's are actually alive even if they just stand around. The subtle movements of characters, npcs and enemies make the game so much more lively. E.g. if one looks at the pupils, in WuWa they are realistically moving around as it should be.
Because the video comparison is not fair lmao. The genshin characters move around in the overworld, but this guy chose to compare it on the character page where the character is mostly in a default frozen stance.
GI has a draw style like a colored anime, very simple. wuwa has a more realistic one with shadows and details. Also, I don't summon dudes, but Kuro really know how to make male characters, it's insane how handsome these mf are.

To be honest, I've drawn some Genshin fanart when the hype for it was still real. Some of the characters I drew were Lumine, Venti, & Layla AS CHIBIS and holy moly the details were very tiring to replicate. For WuWa, I've drawn a half-body Aalto and I had more fun drawing his details! Now I'm trying to draw the Wuwa Puff Girls (Encore, Youhu, & Verina), and Verina's the only one now I have yet to complete! Not sure, but for me, WuWa's designs seem more... Digestible?

Zhezhi eyes are so precious, and the amount of facial expressions and how much personality the characters show in wuwa is beyond awesome. Only ZZZ and PGR compare.

While in the topic of tof, I always felt that wuwa atmosphere feels a lot like tof. Sometimes I see a clip of wuwa and think like "is this tof? Oh nvm it's wuwa"
I actually liked tof and never really understand the hate behind it. Well except for the lackluster of male characters I guess, but at least they still have some. But I stopped playing it because none of my friend plays it anymore, and it's an mmo game meant to be played with friends.

I quit playing ToF because of the powercreep, most of the players did the same because of that, you know what it feels having three c6 weapons and doing less damage than a new brand character? I mean, it's like if you have three C6 characters in Genshin or three S6 characters in WuWa, and they become useless in less of 3 months, almost NO damage despite having high DPS build

I think it’s the lack of expression and eye movement. If someone does what they do in front of you, you would be unsettled too.

Storytelling wise i have to somewhat agree. Some of these characters are lacking interactions with non-Rover entities and it is hiring the character writing in my opinion.

And yeah people can be biased and say stuff like “omg genshin characters yip yap too much or whatever” but the reality is a lot (not all, encore and camelya is pretty decent) of characters in wuwa feel extremely soulless in terms of writing. The dream event perfectly captures this, genuinely felt nothing in the “assemble” scene because nobody there interacts with each other and their story was just rehashed from the one idea from their story quest

Lmao, the difference isn't even funny anymore. But more importantly is the fact that GI characters stare and that's it, while WuWa's are actually alive even if they just stand around. The subtle movements of characters, npcs and enemies make the game so much more lively.
E.g. if one looks at the pupils, in WuWa they are realistically moving around as it should be.

To be honest, I've drawn some Genshin fanart when the hype for it was still real. Some of the characters I drew were Lumine, Venti, & Layla AS CHIBIS and holy moly the details were very tiring to replicate.
For WuWa, I've drawn a half-body Aalto and I had more fun drawing his details! Now I'm trying to draw the Wuwa Puff Girls (Encore, Youhu, & Verina), and Verina's the only one now I have yet to complete! Not sure, but for me, WuWa's designs seem more... Digestible?
