Does all that protein make you gassy at all?
Soo…..if you don’t track your macros, how do you know your breakfast is 30g of protein?
AGR how do you keep track of eating 130g of protein a day…..?
When I meant I don’t track my macros I meant by I don’t plug in my macros in an app and do it every single day. Since my goal is 130g - 140g protein a day. The only thing I calculate is my protein, I just add it all up in my head as I cook. That’s what I meant.
I saw Mexican food in the thumbnail so I clicked, honestly it’s hard eating healthy being in a Mexican household 🫶🏻
