You did an awesome job as always on this build. Thank you for your kind words about the board :) we got them in and already sold out in 2 days. So if your followers are looking for the board we should have them back in a week or two. Thanks again O!
This build turned out great. I always learn something new about Star Trek watching your builds. I believe you would win first place in a show with this one!
Nice work, the lighting looks beautiful. I bought several of these 1/1000 Enterprise kits, and the PNT conversion set with the tug, destroyer/scout, and the dreadnought. I built the first kit OOB, and man that kit is a pig. Sooo much putty and sanding. Put the rest of the kits away in 00s and haven’t looked at them since. I admire your perseverance and skill.
Model Looks great, I love it. I remember this ship from the Star Trek Technical Book that I studied when I was 12 and 13. Always would love to see the dreadnought too. Nice story about introducing your kids to Trek and your son's birthday is 06/19. My dad is the person that introduced me to Trek in 1975 and his birthday was also 06/19. Pretty cool.
Heya Oggie! Still, a Supremely Clean Looking Build! I’ve never had faith in myself to make the original era vessels look interesting, although prior to going to College I built an original era Klingon Battle Cruiser for a shop display. They were very pleased with it, but I thought that it looked a bit plain? At the same time I built a K’Tinga for a friend that I was really pleased with and he promptly put it in his attic? The irony? The shading on the container is really well mastered. A great contrast that somehow does not seem so obvious. Somehow it rather compliments the Starship that’s transporting it! The running lights and the Collectors look great! Another successful and worthy build! Best
Nice job, really enjoy your vids and the way you describe how to do things and your own thoughts throughout the build process. Haven't been able to find the time to start building models myself, but till that time I appreciate this kind of content to keep me dreaming.
Another great build! I'm amazed you got as much in the ship as you did. I've got to find my ol' big...similar to you bought it when I was a good and it always amazed me. Cheers!
This turned out really excellent! I like that it's a completely different ship. You did a great job on it. I'm glad to see you're still using the 9 volt battery clip idea a told you about when you were building the Mr. Spock diorama.
Hell I’m 54 and i still look at mine. Along with some other ship book I have. Forget who wrote them but they are some think like 5x8 inches and 3/4 thick
It turned out great, I love the strobes. Wish they had those inexpensive light effect boards when I built mine. I ended up with the same nacelle alignment problem on mine.
Very nicely done conversion. The entire model looks great and the paneling that you did on the large tube looks like it belongs that way. Like your trying to look like a character look alike. Stay safe and healthy.
Nice video. If you are looking for a quick video to make, I would like to see one on how to do the paneling. You quickly showed it here, but would love to learn how to do this.
I really enjoy watching your build videos, I've learned a lot. I'm getting closer to lighting my models. I think I have a solution for your raffle conundrum, just send the model to me. :)
HLI looks like it will have a board I have needed for a project for like 2 years. The Fujima Spinner from Blade Runner. Might not be perfect but better then nothing.
Like always great and informative. I have one question have you ever seen a battery that is three maybe four millimeters thick, and 4 maybe 5 in square wind. This battery is very soft you can roll it up like a blanket. I was thinking it could work inside of the disc .
Is Starfleet Transport Command analogous to the US Military Airlift Command? I can see Starfleet using this branch to transport emergency supplies and personnel to planets when certain needs arise. Does the Federation also have something like the US Merchant Marine? This would be an organization to regulate trade and commerce between Federation worlds. I imagine many companies would use decommissioned Starfleet surplus tugs to haul their freight. Probably older and slower than the USS Ptolemy.
Lt Cmdr. your sideburns aren't quite Fleet regulation... ;) Ptolemy is beautiful. I missed part 1! Computer! Find ISM Ptolomey Build part one and display on main viewer.
I don't recall seeing this actual class on the animated series but did see the Antares class ship (used by Cyrano Jones) on More Trouble with Tribbles.
Wonderful, really takes me back to when I was a kid and used to read those old Starfleet Blueprints over and over.
Yeah me too. Thanks for watching and appreciate your compliments.

You’re very welcome Kenny and wow they’re a quick sell out! No surprise. Good to hear rhey’ll be in stock again soon.
This build turned out great. I always learn something new about Star Trek watching your builds. I believe you would win first place in a show with this one!
Thanks so much Frederick.
I love these builds. Nobody learns anything from being perfect. Mistakes and stuff that normally happen to me and how to overcome them
thanks Lee
Great result 👍
Looks convincingly TOS and your choice of the darker grey differentiates it in a nice way form a Constitution class.
thank you so much

Yeah definitely some challenges with this one. Thanks so much for your kind words.

Oh that is very cool, thanks for sharing that about your dad. Awesome. Thank you also for your nice comments and for watching :)

Thanks for your kind words Eugene.
Always wanted to do the tug, the Loknar, the Larson, and destroyer versions. Very well done.
Thank you

Yes what a great idea, thank you. Thanks for the compliments too.
Unusual subject and cool conversion. Great looking model. Happy modeling.
Bill
Many thanks
Thx for covering this kit and great work as always.
you bet, thanks for your interest and for watching
Another brilliant build! Looks like a nice kit and it's great to see some starships other than the Enterprise get some attention
Many thanks James.
I studied that technical manual from 12 until I was in my 30s... I never got tired of looking at it.
Me neither....thanks for the comment Milo
Hell I’m 54 and i still look at mine. Along with some other ship book I have. Forget who wrote them but they are some think like 5x8 inches and 3/4 thick
I always look forward to your builds. They are interesting and I like your presentation.
Thanks so much. I remember Ookla :)
It turned out great, I love the strobes. Wish they had those inexpensive light effect boards when I built mine.
I ended up with the same nacelle alignment problem on mine.
Thanks Randy. Relieved to know u had the same problems with the nacelles. Appreciate the compliment

Thanks so much Jim, great to hear from you
Turned out great, Oggie! Nice save on the neck damage!
Thanks so much Ken
Top model Oggie 👍👍👍.
Excellent video and very helpful.
Thanks 👍 Blas, I appreciate the kind compliment
What a finish! Fantastic.
Thank you Tim
That came out great 👍 awesome job, I really enjoyed this build. Thanks and have a great day..
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you
Very nice work! Had me reaching for my 1st edition Technical Manual to check against the 3-views :)
Thanks so much
Nice video. If you are looking for a quick video to make, I would like to see one on how to do the paneling. You quickly showed it here, but would love to learn how to do this.
Sure thing....I will make a note of it.
Coming along very nice Oggie.
Thank you so much Boyd
Wonderful build mate, you’re a terrific modeller! I really enjoy your videos
Thanks so much Dean. I really appreciate the compliment
I really enjoy watching your build videos, I've learned a lot. I'm getting closer to lighting my models. I think I have a solution for your raffle conundrum, just send the model to me. :)
Lol....thanks Anthony for your kind compliments. It would be cool if you end up winning :)
Just a thought..... You could have used a double pole switch instead of having to use two different ones. Great build as always!!
Thanks I had a feeling there was a way. Will keep that in mind for next time, thanks
HLI looks like it will have a board I have needed for a project for like 2 years. The Fujima Spinner from Blade Runner. Might not be perfect but better then nothing.
Thanks for the comment. Yeah HLI will have more to come too
It looks great Oggie😁
Thanks 👍 Tim
I would love to see someone try this but make it more modern with the Excelsior saucer, neck and nacelles.
That would be cool!
Very nice came out awesome well done.
Thanks very much
Excellent.
Many thanks Richard
Fantastic build there - though is it wise wearing a 'Red Shirt' lol
Lol….”Risk….risk is our business “

Thanks for the compliment. No I haven’t seen anything like that. Interesting idea but wouldn’t it have to be replaced eventually?
Is Starfleet Transport Command analogous to the US Military Airlift Command?

to planets when certain needs arise.
Does the Federation also have something like the US Merchant Marine? This would be an organization
to regulate trade and commerce between Federation worlds. I imagine many companies would use

That would all make sense. You would definitely need such services support all that "galloping around the galaxy" :)
👍👍👍👍
Thanks
Lt Cmdr. your sideburns aren't quite Fleet regulation... ;) Ptolemy is beautiful. I missed part 1! Computer! Find ISM Ptolomey Build part one and display on main viewer.
LOL....yes well I'll have to talk to Mr Mott about that.
I have tried many times to make this kit and the pylons never stay in place
Definitely some challenges. Thanks John for watching.
Did we first see use of Starfleet Tugs and cargo ships in the Star Trek Animated Series?
I believe M-5 destroyed an unmanned cargo ship in a TOS ep.
I don't recall seeing this actual class on the animated series but did see the Antares class ship (used by Cyrano Jones) on More Trouble with Tribbles.
LOL. Nerd alert beam out! Very nice! :)
Lol….. thanks
Fantastic job. She looks great. Shouldn't you be wearing Blue. lol Red is not a long lasting color in TOS
Lol....I knew I took my chance but luckily I made it through the transporter OK :)
@@InterstellarModeler I'm very happy you made thru the episode.
Just a comment for the algorithm.
👍👌😎🍺🍺🍻
thanks
You might want to tell HLI that they misspelled "Millennium." That's not good for business.
no doubt a simple typo but will do, thanks
