As a former customer service rep for a cell phone company, I love this. The things we would get yelled at for is mind boggling. I once got yelled at for 45 min because I couldn't get a woman's yahoo email account to give her "internet". Bills being 3 months overdue was my fault. Dropped phones were my fault. So much ridiculousness.

Yoshi XxX i beg to differ. I had to switch to verizon because of T-Mobile's lack of reliability. With verizon I was able to get LTE before them and better service in areas better than T-Mobile. It's more expensive but you get what you pay for
ShadowSLASH5390 That may be true...in your situation. I had to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because the coverage was rather lacking in my opinion. Once I did, LTE was much faster than Verizon. So it varies on location
I've been using T-Mobile for 6 years. I have never had a problem.
T-mobile actually offers unlimited data unlike AT&T. Enjoy that measly 2GB a month, unless you're grandfathered in.
