those hamster wheels are so dangerous.. their feet can get stuck in the rows and get bumble foot and die.. I had a hamster whos foot broke off. It was really bad. Plastic is the best option.

You should change the wheel bc that wheel can cause bubble feet for Hammy, also hamsters are naturally diggers and likes to burrow, so I suggest to add more bedding (fluffy up the bedding) and add some shredded toilet paper for a soft burrow material and u should make the tank his actually cage lol!
