New program aims to help fill teacher shortages

We've been reporting on teacher vacancies throughout Hampton Roads school divisions. Now, the Department of Education is giving millions of dollars to help some develop teaching apprenticeships. Miles Hood spoke with Newport News school leaders about how they're using this program to reverse their teacher shortage.
