A good ratio is one teacher to 18 students if it is a normal class. If it’s a special education class, then that will be determined by the capacity of the children in the classroom anywhere from three to as high as 15 students. 200 kids is a lot of paperwork. The paperwork is sometimes more overwhelming than the students behavior in the parents behavior and the administration to run job and not do the job which is to discipline students. They just spend their time disciplining the staff.

Yeah, we’re not paid enough. We’re not giving our benefits and our retirement like we should be given and we’re not respected by the parents the administration and therefore the students don’t respect us not always so sometimes the students respect you but no one else does. I’m a retired teacher. I would never recommend anyone to go into public or education and private education does not pay at all in public to pay. Patient doesn’t pay enough.

no just no, parents need to keep control of their child, as school is not a babysitting place, is a place to learn, all that other development needs to be on the parents not the school

Get rid of all the Woke administrators in all these school districts and pay good teachers in the sciences well with smaller class sizes. Whatever good teachers are paid is worth it when they have to deal with the parenting that delivers these kids to them unwilling to learn.
