I swear I will never forget when I was like ok that Giant was bad how bad can this get when I finally reached the Vampire thugs and got destroyed I was like its going to take a WHILE to get strong enough to fight that. After grinding for an age and finally getting what level I deemed necessary I went through the place killed the Vampire Thugs I previously could do nothing about then made it all the way to Gyendal. That is where the true nightmare began

I will show the fight of this boss its insanely hard you have to REALLY care about this game to get to the finale even more to beat it the level of grinding alone in the last Areas is soul crushing if you don't count the Arena and Campaign grind in Raid Shadow Legends which is somehow WORSE and I don't know why.
The best OST and the best battle of the game - I truly loved this when it first happened out of the blue. And I replayed the battle many times to get high again lol This OST is so well done that it actually influences your choices in the battle! And Gates of Night is damn straight the best part of the Orb of Magic series 💕

This battle was the most devastating battle I've ever faced in Aveyond series and one of the hardest boss fights ever of any video game boss until I met Raid Shadow Legends which turned that upside down with the introduction of Crypt Keepers and even worse the Clan boss. Gyendal has still the most ridiculous fight of any boss fight that doesn't have a horrific gathering storm mechanic attached to it and still feels rigged to this day.
