I read Berserk in middle school and it changed my outlook on the anime and manga I read forever, That there were animes and mangas better than Shonen out there, not to mention it affected how i treated and talked to people, that i dont know their story, it also affected how i handle my trials and tribulations; If Guts could still continue and grow as a person despite all the terrible things that happened to him, Then i can get past a break up, an F in class, losing a family member. I’m usually a lurker here. Been listening for a while - Josuke and Dabi (Fallen) being some of my favorite songs you’ve done. But this? I recently started reading Berserk, and this deserves - no, demands - a response. So, in short, this is absolutely masterful. There are few other words that can do this justice. This lives up to all the potential the concept bore, and then surpasses that potential.
Been listening to this all morning and I can confidently say that even though Berserk isn’t my favorite Mr.Snaps is, and this will be the first thing I’m blasting in my car whenever I get it🤣🔥

I am speechless, DPS, completely speechless. This feels like Guts. The Berserk songs I've heard are usually loud and angry, but that isn't Guts. Angry, sure. Especially in the beginning, but he's so much more melancholic and depressed. The 'nobody is my equal so nobody is my friend' alluding to Griffith, the near-iconic 'Don't touch me!' followed by 'I'll never be taken advantage again' which throws back to Donovan, Gambino and- in the end- Griffith, 'brandish a grin' from when he utilized his slasher-grin to hide the pain inside, or even the 'don't honor dead' line that throws back to his lack of sympathy to those that have lost people- or even how he doesn't hesitate to desecrate a corpse to his advantage like in the Rosina arc. I could go on and on about this rap DPS, but then I'd take up your whole screen. GD Fire, DPS, Miura-sensei would be proud.
This song resonates with me on a level most people couldn't even comprehend. Closing my eyes to go to sleep, turning off all the distractions, just to see down the throat of a dog as it's teeth tear in to my 3 year old face while I suffocate in it's mouth and slowly lose consciousness. Feeling a fear so strongly and deeply in that moment that I thought my heart was going to just stop. Feeling that fear every time I close my eyes to sleep. All the people that have seen my scars and said I was going to grow up to be a serial killer or worse. This song reminds me that there are some people that can begin to understand the torture I've lived through.
This is definitely one for the historic archives, I feel like you melodically used your voice in a way I've never heard you do before and my god that was so good, like literal fucking chills. The fact that you can put out music of such a high caliber while maintaining such clear cut differences between tracks, just shows that the "Different music" logo actually means something. Kudos to you, I could go on about so much more but I won't. You delivered an entire experience, so thank you for that. The energy you put into your craft is inspirational, keep doing what you doing cause you obviously on the right track.

Well there's another DPS song added to my workout Playlist. You never disappoint! Also as a singer in my own band, that rasp you put into the beginning of the chorus was BEAUTIFUL. Always cool when you sing in your hooks. This and "Rock With Me" have amazing vocals from ya, not to mention BARS.

I am speechless, DPS, completely speechless. This feels like Guts. The Berserk songs I've heard are usually loud and angry, but that isn't Guts. Angry, sure. Especially in the beginning, but he's so much more melancholic and depressed. The 'nobody is my equal so nobody is my friend' alluding to Griffith, the near-iconic 'Don't touch me!' followed by 'I'll never be taken advantage again' which throws back to Donovan, Gambino and- in the end- Griffith, 'brandish a grin' from when he utilized his slasher-grin to hide the pain inside, or even the 'don't honor dead' line that throws back to his lack of sympathy to those that have lost people- or even how he doesn't hesitate to desecrate a corpse to his advantage like in the Rosina arc.
