Am I able to ask what gun you where previously shooting before this? I think this gun is a homerun for Browning but for that price I will stick with my A400 it has more to offer at that PP. I will say that the look is beautiful especially the carbon fiber model.
I have the maxus sporting, and find it jams in sub zero degree Celsius weather. I have tried it dry, oiled, multiple oils and find it does the same. Are there any improvements to the blowback design to improve reliability in cold weather?
Hey guys, yea I use G96 faithfully and everything is super clean, including ports. My Lucas extreme oil just arrived just waiting for the next cold snap. It functioned fine this week around -5C with the oil. Hoping this was the fix. It becomes less reliable below -15C.
Thanks for that completely unbiased review 😆😂

Ordered a black syn one for 1250. Plus I was looking for a softer shooting gun and this fits the bill
Love brownings autoloading, makes life so easy!
When my Winchester SX4 dies in 100,000 thousand rounds I might buy one
I have run close to 3000 hunting rounds through my Maxus. Good gun, works well, but buying A400 next.
holding an A400 is like holding a 4x4 piece of lumber compared to a Maxus.
Great decision. A400 is awesome shotgun

Have you tried cleaning your gas nostrils in the barrel?
Make sure gun is clean and only use G96 for oil where needed , never on on piston.
Mine never jams. Hard to improve upon perfection.

No, but you can buy an a400 which is great shotgun
These guys never shot a beretta a400 xtreme plus. They copied it , but never fired it.
Now make a 20 and 28 gauge
For $1700, it better perform.
Ordered a syn one for 1250
It’s not $1700. If you’re finding it for $1700. You’re getting ripped off. It goes for $1299 in California here. $1799 is benelli sbe3 prices.
In ND camo version is 1600 and wicked wing 1800 if you can find one.
Well, that was useless
