pittarak1- A major problem is a lack of uniform funding for schools. In the US only about 10% of funding is by the federal government. The rest is made up by the state and local government. Almost even at about 45% each. This is where the problem arises. For one, you have poor states which won't be able to fund schools as well, and another is poor local areas. The local government taxes come from property taxes, and if a school district is rich they will get funded well but if they are poor and don't get much property tax revenue they will suffer with a lack of school supplies. Of course, like Jay M. Sneddon says, the trillions in tax cuts didn't help, and the government always seems more interested in overpaying for the military rather than our nation's future.

This guy can seriously hurt Trump. Ojeda's personal background matches that of the Republican voter base (very southern, pro military, and a vet himself) which could steal a LOT of votes. Trump is a NYC big shot. I think that could be a big deal in a Trump v. Ojeda scenario.

Wow! First candidate I have heard mention how expensive funerals are for regular people. Might not be important to some, but considering the state of health care, funerals will become a battleground as well.

@Seudon Amousit's not that hard to go from bernie to trump. the other options were to not vote, or to vote for that marie antoinette-like person who cheated from start to finish in order to win the primary.
i don't like that he voted for trump and it'll most likely break his neck in the primary, but it is possible to understand why he did it.
