First time on your channel. Best Livescope video I have seen so far. Very straight forward. Clear explanations with video. Just what I have been searching for. Thank You!
Awesome thank you appreciate the feedback and hope it helped! It’s a pretty user friendly unit but definitely a few ways to help keep a good and clear view!
Thanks appreciate it! This is the EchoMap UHD 95SV it’s a 9” screen. I think it’s the best all around size personally. I have a Humminbird Helix 7 and it’s a good size for ice fishing but the 9” is a lot better on boat and with Livescope. My Dad uses a 12” screen and it feels very big especially on the ice.
Can you show how you use the forward facing to find fish on a new spot without maps? Lots of the smaller lakes around me have no contours or info online. Im curious in how much a livescope would help in finding bigger fish on these smaller unmapped lakes without popping 200 holes. Cheers
I can try, having a tough time recording clear footage outside without a glare. Lots of the lakes I fish on are also not mapped but it’s more of checking out spots and seeing if there is activity then deciding to fish them. I wouldn’t say your going to be able to pick out big fish and chase them around trying to get them to bite in my experience using the forward facing! Thanks for watching!
Hey appreciate the support and glad you enjoyed it! Glad it helped with your decision you won’t regret it,I really enjoy watching fish on mine! No he is a dog I got from a rescue and all we know is he has American Eskimo/ Malmute/ collie mixture. He loves to ice fish!
I’m not sure what Ice bundle your referring too? This was all bought separately screen, LVS 34 and then shuttle and pole is Arc Lab and then bought separate lithium battery. This isn’t a bundle just parted all things together. As for new transducer the Livescope Plus LVS34 is Garmins top transducer and software. The hole hopper they came out with this year the P22 is definitely quicker to jump around but it’s also the Panoptix software. It’s older been around for awhile you won’t see what you will with a LVS34 transducer. Hope that helps!
@DB-FISHING there is an ice bundle with the lvs 32, 93sv for $2000 at sheels. Then they came out with the hole hopper for the same price, but it's the ps22 ECHOMAP. I don't understand the pricing at all.
Oh ok ya I had seen some people also questioning the price on the PS22 as well! Personally I have not used it or played around much with that Panoptix software. The LVS32 is pretty good though I would go with that ice bundle over the hole hopper but that’s just me!
If in the states get the 93 if in Canada get 95. I think Bass pro and Scheels has them on sale. The bundle would be good you may just have to update your pole. The one it comes with isn’t that strong.
Hey I was wondering if you could help me out. I just got my first Livescope. Never used one before. Never even worked with a Garmin graph. So its all new to me. Dumb question here, but when i fire up the Garmin, it eventually gives me options such as Livescope, some charting stuff, sonar this and that...im obviously assuming i would select Livescope? Also, if ONLY for ice fishing, should i only be using the Livescope mode and not even worry about the other stuff like charting, sonar, all that other stuff? Im trying to learn this thing as much as possible before taking it on the ice. Thanks a lot man
Yes just go into the Panoptix or Livescope menu on the Home Screen that is the transducer you are using. You can use traditional graphs with it but I haven’t really bothered unless your on the boat then the transducer your screen came with you can go into other sonar screens like Side View or Down view or the 2D but for ice fishing I only use my map screen and the Livescope screen!
I don’t have the menu button on the bottom task bar for some reason. And when I go in to sonar it’s not giving me the option. Missing something easy I know know it
@mikemcclusky8244 hmm that’s odd it should be in settings maybe? Select Settings -System -Display -Menu Bar Display then I think your might be turned to hide so put that to show.
@@DB-FISHING my coworker said it best, since I'm going mostly day trip then Livescope/Panoptix can help me locate fish within a short period of time since it can scan way ahead
Right!! I can see if the ice is thick and your hole hopping but a lot nicer to just take extra time and drill a separate hole. I even find myself drilling extra holes when I’m jumping around outside an area.
I appreciate the kind words bud.
You bet! Thanks for all your help your videos are great 👍

Very cool how you show them flying up to the top of the water column on the livescope. Great to watch.
They definitely were hungry. Thanks for watching!
Wicked thank you for this video!! That package is what I want to get someday very informative. Your smashing the walleye man!
I’m glad it was helpful for you and it’s a great shuttle and pole. Thanks so much!
Love the livescope footage!! Pretty epic and beautiful walleyes! Good show dudes!
Appreciate it!!
Great video, and Thanks for the shout out! I’ll be sharing this video on our page for sure.

Glad you liked and watched the video! Can’t wait to try do a video on the boat setup! Love the products you guys put out 👍
Another entertaining video. Thanks for the livescope info.
Glad you enjoyed! How has the trout bite been out your way? Thanks for watching!
Only went out for trout once since ice but yeah they were biting pretty good!
Good to hear 👍
Great tips on settings!
Thanks hopefully it’s helpful!
Muy bueno tu video y tu equipo de pesca. Bendiciones amigo.

Would love to see that plate you mentioned that's mounted on your Ski Doo.

How do you overlay the live scope footage and you fishing?
Like the editing? It’s just called Picture in Picture but then put as green screen I think it’s called.
Am I missing something? The hole hopper is the same price as the ice bundle.
The ice bundle is the newer transducer and bigger and newer head unit.

What boots and suit you wearing?
I wear the Deep River Adventure boots and this was a Striker Vortex suit.
What is the name of that pole again for the live scope , thank you.
ArcLab pole and shuttle.
What is the name of the Transducer pole
This is all Arc Lab pole and shuttle. This is there Pro Series 2 piece pole ice bundle!
How do I get rid of the grid lines on my livescope??
Hit menu - sonar setup- Layout- then turn Grid Overlay to hide.

Is that the livescope livescope or Panoptix? I fished with my coworker that has a livescope and his screen looks a little different 🤔
This is the Livescope Plus LVS34
@@DB-FISHING it sure is nice but the price is high to just ice fishing with it. I may end up getting Panoptix instead... 🥲
