One of the things I love about Yusei is how nothing fazes him. Even when he takes a massive ammount of damage to his life points, he still keeps his cool and waits patiently for the right moment to counterattack. He will always be my favorite character in all of Yu-Gi-Oh.
I love the dubs of the first 3 shows to death, especially 5Ds. I wish there was a realistic way to have the whole series dubbed but with no censorship. Or even the last season of GX and 5Ds to get dubbed. The only way I could think is to hire the VAs to dub them, but that would take a really long time and be pricey.

I remember growing up with this show in middle school. Pretending my new bike was a duel runner, and blitzing around the neighborhood. I loved Yugi and Jaden, but Yusei just had this cool factor to him that couldn’t be beat.

One of the best things about GX was all the random times Goku pops up. Like German Goku, wannabe Rapper Goku, yellow gremlin Goku, albert Einstein Goku, dead backstory dad Goku
I remember I just happened to catch an episode of this yu-gi-oh randomly one day. And since I used to watch the original so much I was so excited when I thought they had mad a new one (and immediately fell for Yusei). Later I find out that I never watched them in order and it was out longer than I thought haha (his criminal mark gave it away, since I thought he had it from the beginning) 😂😅
He did mess up the combo though. Junk synchron already summons a lvl 2 or lower monster from your gy. So graceful revival wasnt necessary. Then he could of used graceful revival after summoning Junk warrior instead of vision wind to bring back speed warrior to activate junk warriors effect.
At first I wondered why Yusei didn't activate his Scrap-Iron Scarecrow trap to block Montage Dragon's attack, but after reading up on the Wiretap trap that Trudge used, it actually forces Yusei to shuffle his own trap back into his deck if Wiretap was able to negate its effect. Sucks.
