My home community, and yes the Hill is very steep, after one switch back it goes into a 18% downhill grade. It’s paradise and in the Great Bear Rain Forest. Great for those who love outdoors like hiking, going to our natural hot springs by the ocean. And so much more. Most people ferry in and drive out, the adventurers drive in, and that is a feat because we may call it a hill, but literally one of our mountains that we need to drive to get home. Enjoy and pls know that our people use our rivers for our cultural ceremonies, so if you think we are disturbing the bears, we have lived together for hundreds of years and our people have always done our dips in our rivers and creeks, even with bears near by. Tourists have video how we are so disrespectful to do so. Be mindful this is a Nations community. We are respectful to tourists when they are to us and our territories.
