Does the Finnish Air Force have a policy of not doing afterburner take-offs? The F35s had a much shorter take-off roll in the video as a result. Also, big overcorrection at 6:50!
Getting in air in 16s and 600m. On this video. Of course we don't know the fuel and ammo load, and did they do the utmost, or just played safe. Beats F/A-18 with extra fuel tank clearly. Sleek F-35 is a beast. I'd say wings are more than adequate.

I assume they do it to save fuel/limit noise? Intercept take offs are with burners for obvious reasons.
