Right on time! I spent the last 3 days building the perfect plan for my thesis writing. Today, the first day went by and I am already behind 😂 There is no point in rigid plans with ADHD Good luck Holly!
As someone who recently accepted their curly hair and also struggled with day 2 hair: DRENCH IT on day two. Just put your hair under the water. I sometimes add a tiny bit more of curling cream to my hair for frizz and then I diffuse until almost dry. Then I let it air dry. It's helped a lot.
