That's how I feel about the Euphonium. Such lovely mid-tone instruments with fantastic range. This has just the right amount of chocolatey sound without existing too much in the higher ranges.
I remember when I was 10, I begged to play the violin but we couldn’t afford it and my dad said I would never be able to anyways. He said it was a waste of money. So I played the trumpet and clarinet instead. We sold our guitar and keyboard as well. I still desire to learn the violin to this day, even if I’m not majoring in music. Strings just bring something out that warms the heart and brings us to another world. This playlist is something else. Anyone out there who had orchestra is awesome!
Go for it, I also started learning to play the Harp only last year in my 30s! It was something I always wanted, so I decided to stop putting it aside and I have no regrets :D

It's raining today and I sat down to knit and was looking for something new and I typed in Halidon Music and this came up. Absolutely beautiful and soothing compilation. Thank you so much for all the time you put in for the enjoyment of so many people.
Of the classical stringed instruments, the cello is by far my favorite with its rich, deep, and soulful sound carrying you through so many nuanced emotions.
IDK, but there's something about the cello. Like hugging a lover, with love in return. So integrated with the human frame. Bespeaks every emotion, but with humility as though it knows it's but second fiddle to what's on the inside of the musician, waiting, yearning to be released. Kinda' like Duane Allman with a guitar and a slide.

Beethovens “Für Elise” gets to the very core of my being. As I listen to that piece, in my minds eye I imagine a male couple dancing the Tango, or an entire ballet, and I’m moved to tears for the beauty of it all.

Honestly, I am not a fan of cello or of violin because I easily palpitates when I hear a sudden loud or increasing pitch/sound. However, this day, this feeling, this one's - A special exception. When i swapped from uke to guitar it gave me a warm feeling, i think the added deep notes in an instrument give it a more full feeling, the way the low notes echo in a cello is so beautiful

I used to play the cello in high school. Sadly, I got not afford my own cello when I got out of high school (I rented from my teacher), but listening to this makes me miss it. I believe the cello is the most beautiful instrument, though I am bias. I especially love listening to bach. I remember his cello solos were difficult but beautiful. It was a challenge to master, but once you did, it was always fun to play and extremely gratifying!

Honestly, I am not a fan of cello or of violin because I easily palpitates when I hear a sudden loud or increasing pitch/sound. However, this day, this feeling, this one's - A special exception. When i swapped from uke to guitar it gave me a warm feeling, i think the added deep notes in an instrument give it a more full feeling, the way the low notes echo in a cello is so beautiful

I used to play the cello in high school. Sadly, I got not afford my own cello when I got out of high school (I rented from my teacher), but listening to this makes me miss it. I believe the cello is the most beautiful instrument, though I am bias. I especially love listening to bach. I remember his cello solos were difficult but beautiful. It was a challenge to master, but once you did, it was always fun to play and extremely gratifying!
If I could add another composer to this playlist, I would add Corelli!
