Tomarow will be 2 years ive had no plates, no licence, no forced insurance. I focus more on how to win my case in court than sending the state documents that will surely be ignored. Study Administrative Law- what is it? what and who does it regulate? are you an AGENT? for the state? Do you CONSENT?
What up James I’m in California so I was doing some reading and basically in California it has two options when you get a license and a difference between the two CDLs one is Commercial one is California so based on my assumption the only time you register you’re regular CDL is when you drive heavier trucks or used for commercial use

Im not trying to hate or nun but my states vehicle code defines a motor vehicle differently is there a way around that
So thats the State or STATE... they are all party to the constitution which grants us right to travel.. so create your own nation and operate from it.. get the files on right to travel to have deeper insight. free ones on my site www.blacksite32.com

Then legally the state still has a lien or finger in the property and untill its paid off you dont full own it.. you have shared rights to it..so pay it off asap or buy a used one straight... you can ask the state to remove the reg but (lol) smh I doubt they will untill paid off..
