For the uninitiated, this was a joke apology because they made the previous video before the 4.2 story quest. Now Furina went from people being on either loving her or disliking her to completely loving her or feeling bad for her. She needs hugs man.

@@Trip_koLng what? That's dumb to think Furina doesn't deserve a thank you or Nahida doesn't deserve an apology just because I made a typo and had to fix it.
The people of Fontaine actually loved her and appreciate all that she did for them. It's only a small group who were dissatisfied with how she handled things, those people *should* apologize. The vast majority of people are more like, "Furina is amazing!" Those people should be thanking her.
Nahida though she spent her whole life with everyone thinking she's useless (e.g. calling her Lesser Lord) and they literally had to be brainwashed to change their mind.
The people of Fontaine where deceived. They did not know that Furina had no way of changing anything. But they thought she was a god which is why they where mad at her. Now most people either don't care or still love her for what she was as seen in her story quest. I think it is certainly understandable for some people of Poisson to be mad at her still. And even Furina herself said so in the quest.

What makes Furina most impactful to the community are these aspects.
1)500 years of a job she always hated.
500 years are too many years for the human mind. For an archon it is nothing but for Furina it is torture and even more so, taking you to your emotional limit for some time and even bursting into tears at random.
2)She is human.
In her limited capacity she did everything she could and demonstrated a determination comparable to that of a god according to Shogun Raiden.
3)Because Furina cares a lot about people's opinions in order to maintain her facade, she heard the most varied opinions of the citizens of Fontaine about her. From people who worship her to people who see her only as a pet or a fool who doesn't know what she's doing, and Furina has serious self-esteem problems that hit her hard.
4)She was persecuted.
According to Navia, to lure Furina to the final judgment, first she had to set up a false revolt made up of members of Spina di Rossula with the idea that they would reveal themselves to Furina because she did nothing as an archon but then Navia tells you that fear It spread and more people outside Spina di Rossula had begun to protest against Furina and faith in her was crumbling.
5) Furina always continued with her performance under the idea that it would save Fontaine. Furina is a girl highly loving her nation and the people but she could do nothing but feel helplessness and uselessness when Neuvillete showed her the sheet of names of citizens who died in the flood and Furina increasingly fell apart.
6) After sacrificing everything, Neuvillete told her everything about Foçalors, what her last moments were like and what she thought of Furina but Furina simply sighed from exhaustion and without any expression at the death of the archon in whom she trusted for 500 years, she said "I'm tired from all of this". According to Neuvillete, she simply started packing her things and left like any normal human being.
7) She suffered a lot and asked for nothing in return.
Charllote asked her for an interview to explain everything that happened and Neuvillete could accept the idea about the opportunity to talk about everything that Furina sacrificed for all of Fontaine but Furina rejected her 2 opportunities to have Fontaine and the world recognize her efforts.
She simply decided to live a human life in acting.
According to Neuvillette, although her most cherished wish was to have a normal life, he said that her mental wounds would take time to heal. In fact, at the bottom of the description of Furina's elemental ability, they explain that the healing animal is called "Minstrel (or something like that idk)" and He visits Furina every time she has her usual moments of depressive melancholy.
There are people who still love Furina but for her acting skills and not for who she is. If you have her as a character in her sentences you will realize that she is a very lonely person (to such a level that she has personal affection for her hydro creations)
She deserves apology from everybody, even me, but I wish there was a option to apologise in genshin
At the end of the day, Lumine hasn't been forgiven from Furina.

Then again Furina was immortal so Arle really couldn't have killed her in the first place because that would mess up the prophecy

Traveler, ESPECIALLY us - the MC - need to apologize to Furina.
Sure there are all kinds of "reasons" why we did what we did and they're all justified BUT that doesn't change the fact that we kept pushing Furina over and over even though she was playing her party flawlessly. The fact is, we have wronged her. That goes for all the "hunt" team too but it especially goes for us cause this was none of our business and we ONLY got in the way of Furina, hurt her, made the prophecy come true.
I mean, imagine from her perspective for one second. We basically made her 500 year long suffering and effort COMPLETELY useless (or so it must have seemed to her during the trial). We basically turned everyone and everything against her.
I cannot imagine her ever considering the traveler as friends. I'm sure she understands how it was from our perspective, ofc, but she probably can't get help but despise us, even if it's just a bit.
Unless a heartfelt and profuse apology is made, I don't see a single reason why Furina would talk to us or why we deserve her as a friend.
Yeah fr I actually liked furina from the start and it made me so frustrated when we did her dirty like that and even more so after the truth came out and we didn't even apologize in any way shape or form
travelers live longer than furina and he/she doesnt know that furina actually human aka the whole archon quest trying to prove that she is not an archon. Traveler also dont know that furina cant take the pain of living too long with anxiety compared to most archon that can manage their lifespan well like Ei afraid of dying but then just spend 500 years having buddy to buddy fight with raiden shogun.
Traveler later saw furina past that she was suffering and felt kinda bad but hey furina lying anyway...things will not turned bad even if she told the truth from the start but the trial is needed for her to powered the oratrice i guess so that hydro archon throne will be destroyed and everything were planned by focalors.
...plus traveler also kinda had enough with archon drama as they just want to reunite with the sibling and gtfo from teyvat. Hence the journey is to have traveler witness everything on teyvat... if traveler reunite early with sibling , I doubt they really care if teyvat will be destroyed and just move along to another world.

@@GOOD_FARMERmy goal was to lose the 50/50 to Diluc originally, but after the story I was so glad I pulled her (before playing the story, at the time I was mostly happy she walked on water).She’s a great character for exploration, battle AND lore
