There's this misconception in media that serial killers are criminal masterminds, when in reality they usually got away with their crimes for a long time because of police being neglectful/incompetent. I'm glad more and more people today are highlighting this because so many lives could've been spared if it weren't for the police and judicial system's lack of interest in, you know, bringing justice. This is what always infuriates me the most
Definitely - though I will say, investigation and forensics is much, much more imprecise and difficult than it seems. Most criminals get caught in the act or because they were stupid.
@@nala7829most get caught cuz they mess up but I well say forensics has come a long way and yes the police are to blame for this one cuz people were going to the cops saying he’s doing something
The Vancouver PD didn't care since a lot of the women who went missing were sex workers and street people. So that's how he got away with it. He picked people who didn't have a lot of ties. So not a lot of people would be working for them 😢
He got a life sentence but that’s not enough my mom worked on the case(she’s a forensic Scientist) but he only got charged for 7 women cause the case was taking to long
Every human being is God’s child and deserves respect. Every crime should be investigated, but please don’t put prostitution on the level of a job like a sales person or a hairdresser or a RUclipsr.
As someone that lives in the area and has had to go to the farm several times, the farm itself is still very eerie and the Picktons are deeply uncomfortable people to be around. There’s a very popular theory that Robert was just the fall guy, and I buy it. (Edit: Texas chainsaw massacre family is accurate)
My friend lived in a neighborhood right near by “the street” (im not positive of the name) and a women she was friends with as a kid was killed by him.
When Kris said "This family had a lot of money but they were living in absolute filth", I asked myself "I wonder what they spent their money on". Later throughout the story, when she said the police claimed that there's no evidence of a serial killer in the case, I found my answer. I think that's where the money was going; police's silence.
Well they had a lot of livestock to buy and take care of, plus property tax and buildings, and apparently sex toys, the prostitutes they didn't kill....the cops were going to their property to party, and this was a rich white man I don't think paying them off was necessary sadly.
Naw, doesn’t seem like their type. I bet they bought farm equipment, project vehicles, paid taxes, and invested. Cops probably just thought they were neurotic, but never got enough complaints to levy any charges or get a warrant.
Sadly, they didn't need to pay off the cops. Pickton picked women who the cops were quite happy to have disappear. The Downtown East Side (where East Hastings is) was, and still is, full of homeless and drug addicted people, many of whom are First Nations/Indigenous (for many reasons that go far beyond the scope of this comment), and the cops basically thought (and probably still think) that a few people disappearing wasn't a bad thing.
As an indigenous woman who lived LITERALLY TWELVE MINUTES AWAY FROM HERE, I remember this so vividly. I remember how horrifying it was for my family who lived in poverty around me. I no longer live there, but I remember noticing people dying and disappearing, my whole family was so so scared. Thank you for bringing light to this :) It really does help, even though I was really young while it happened, this helped me heal just a bit :))
My aunty Cindy was considered to be apart of one of the missing indigenous women. We live about 30 minutes from that sign but the highway runs through our town too. Her remains were found but still not sure as to what happened. Thank you for bringing light to this
10:00, I got a cow when I was little, a little black cow I called her Angel, she followed me everywhere and was like a dog. She trusted humans and saw no reason to fear them. One day I came home and could not find her as I asked my father where she is, he said the butcher came to get her...and even told me proud that she got in the transporter with no problem. I was so destroyed by it, even today I feel like crying when I think about it. Sorry just came to my mind.
Hmm that's debatable. I found pictures of his siblings and parents after just five minutes of my own research. Plus to have such bad taste to post a video where she makes jokes about a serial killer who killed, dismembered and fed his victims to his pigs. WOW!!! That's the sixth or seventh time I've said that in a comment and it's still not funny. Why is that???
@@monkeypig8863 you know what really is funny though? the fact that you can laugh at your own comments and talk about how you have said the same thing under many other comments, and still think people care! If you really hate her humor and think it's crude, then LEAVE. i can probably count on a SINGLE hand how many people care about your opinion, and who wants you to be here. You are not the one entertaining us, she is. Thank you, monkeypig8836.
It is also so odious how almost everywhere, police treat disappearances of certain people, like prostitutes, as if they were not serious. Those people are humans, they have lives, they have dreams. Finding them is as important as finding anyone else.
When you watch a lot of serial killer documentaries, you would be so amazed at the response by police. There’s a lot of cases like this one where police just don’t investigate for years.
My 7th grade teacher told us about Robert one time only because he was friends with one of the indigenous victims, watching him go over some of the stories of her was so heartbreaking, he was genuinely about to cry.
@@jordanmiller7945 Uhm... she wasn't joking about any of the deaths really. if you had watched the video with common sense you would realise how much she emphasised that she did not condone anything that happened to these women, and apologised profusely to the families for having to endure these tragic happenings.
@jordanmiller7945 She made jokes about the killer. Not the victims. You can see she's clearly sympathetic towards them, their friends and families. F the killer, tho.
growing up I was always told that certain animals would be "rehomed" to the freezer. We would name them. Some names included Red (a mean and dangerous goat), Zeus, Caramel, Chocolate, Beevus, and Fiona. We still name certain critters just to help differentiate between them.
i just looked him up. he literally died 6 days ago, may 31, 2024, two weeks after being attacked in prison. idk why, but i genuinely believed he would have been long dead.
The fact that i have never heard any of this is insane to me. I give all the love and respect to the the women who were lost. Also to their families, I wish only the best for you all. Thank you Kris for bringing light to this and so many other stories.
This case is so horrific to hear about and my heart breaks for all of the victims and their friends and families. I wish that all 49 of these women got justice
I first learnt about this crime when it was made into an episode of Criminal Minds and I was sooo disgusted and disturbed by pigs involved in murders. Then I realised that I can’t handle pigs in any kind of horror environment. Really makes me sick to my core
im pretty picky about true crime content, and humor can be tricky to handle in true crime, but kris is very good at balancing the humor and the truth of the matter.
Honestly, I can’t believe how fucked up this was. The murders, the police department, the trial, literally everything. I can’t even imagine how much pain and suffering those poor woman had to endure. Thank you so much for bringing this to light, even if it’s just a little bit.
Lmao reading or watching one single documentary on the story but ok. Google it, there’s plenty of them on this story with all the information in one video.

I love how Kris adds a bit of humor to make these videos less heavy, but also acknowledges how horrible these things were, the victims involved, and the families. thank you Kris❤
As a fellow BCer I appreciate you bringing Pickton to light, many many don't know about him, and the hell these women went through. I grew up about 15 mins from his farm. Thank you ❤
I was scared that Kris wouldn't go into the fact that a lot of Robert's victims were indigenous. as an indigenous person, we're constantly forgotten about in so many ways. So thank you Kris for acknowledging the fact we need police reform because so many of our sisters and brother and two-spirit siblings have gone missing and the police and RCMP (and the government) not only rarely do anything, but are also often a big part of why the cases are never solved as they either refuse to investigate (like in Manitoba under the PC government) or because they are involved in the murders (like the starlight tours in Saskatchewan). This is our land, and so many people need to remember us and learn the challenges we face.
My heart does truly go out to you and all the indigenous tribes of the US and Canada. The atrocities that were inflicted upon you by settlers that came from over seas in horrendous. We are all equally human, we are all created equal by God and history has a horrible record for the disregard of human life. Abortion, Slave trade, The Trail of Tears, Little Big Horn, The Holocaust. There are countless examples of it throughout history and we NEED to learn from history and NEVER let it repeat itself! All life matters! Born and unborn! We NEED to speak for those that can’t speak for themselves, but we also have to listen before we decide on how we judge another person. God is the ultimate and just judge it is NOT our place to judge anyone. Love the sinner, hate the sin. We live in a world of lost souls that stumble in darkness, some choose it, others think they can never escape it, and some think that they no matter how hard they try to be good it won’t be good enough because of the past that plagues them. You can be a good person and still go to Hell. We all deserve to go to Hell but God because he loved us sent his one and only son to die on the cross taking all sins past present and future onto himself who was without sin to saves ALL of us. And when he rose from the dead three days later, he defeated sin and death. He is in Heaven preparing a place for all of those that come to saving Faith. “If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord you WILL be saved.” Romans 10:9 “For God did NOT send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3:17. Jesus Christ is coming again and when he does death and sin will be no more and he will take his body of believers into eternity with him. How I long to see the day, and to reunite with so many family members and I am excited to hopefully meet all of you there too! We will all sing, dance, and worship together as a family, God the father who even in our hopeless and sinful state gave his son to save our souls. I hope you all have a blessed day and may God’s peace be with you
I understand as a indigenous myself and it is true that we are forgotten nearly all indigenous o i some are famous but like me we are forgotten I rlly do appreciate this and ur comment❤
Kris is honestly one of the best at showing genuine empathy and compassion for the victims, doing a disclaimer isn't enough and she goes above and beyond
PLEASE keep doing these!! it's hard to find people on youtube who tell these stories SO well that you are actually able to sit through it all, and you do it perfectly!
There's so much more to this too, the fact that cops used to party at their farm, how much of a role Robert's brother played in the murders (and is still walking free and stories have emerged that he's potentially still hunting for victims), etc, it's heartbreaking the lack of care and respect for these women every step along the way. The RCMP and judicial system let so many people down, and continue to til this day.
@@Luxegreen19 It doesn't. I was referring to the legal system. One which doesn't consider these horrific murders to be premeditated or whatever the reason the charge was second degree. Not to mention the lackadaisical police enforcement which allowed it to go on for so long. But woe be unto you if you hurt someone's feelings by misgendering them.
@@DNTMEE I mean, those are things that can be and have improved. Obviously still a lot of work to be done, but I personally prefer to be a part of solutions rather than running away when things aren't perfect. as for being supposedly punished for misgendering folks, that doesn't happen. There's a difference between being punished and facing consequences of your actions. It can be difficult for some to tell the two apart, especially when they are used to speaking in an echo chamber; not used to hearing criticism, corrections, and other negative responses.
@@Luxegreen19 the whole (new) concept of gender as being separate from sex is entirely based off a spiritual/religious belief not even half of society has adopted yet. Its unconstitutional to force that on people to adopt without question. And then to impose "consequences" for it? See y'all at the supreme court I guess.
As a native American I want to say thank you for mentioning how indigenous women are such targets for SA and m*rders, it is a big problem to this day so thanks for bringing it up
My mum actually grew up there and she went to those parties and she her sister and her friends were very drunk and one of her friends even ate one of the pigs. I just wanted to share this because if my mother or my mother’s friends were one of the victims I may not be even alive or my life would have been very different. I hope the families of the victims are doing well now and I hope that they have found peace in their lives.
I just have say that Kris does so well with covering true crime cases. She has such an empathic understanding of the victims and will say a million times how terrible she thinks the waste of space killer is. I love how much she investigates and makes sure she's giving us the correct information. She the very few people on youtube that does true crime well. Thank you Kris you're making a difference.
It's not only about viewership. I think she genuinely understands and empathizes with the victims. If you watched the whole video there's a part where she says she remembers hearing about this case because she lived in the area. She thinks about how it could have been her or someone she knew/knows that could have been a victim. This is a terrible case that I think she does a very good job of covering, she states facts and a few opinions. Tells a few lighthearted jokes to try to keep it somewhat similar to her regular content. If you don't like it, don't watch true crime it isn't for everyone. (I'm not looking for an argument just thought you might see another side with some examples.)

By watching this video, I had experience a pig’s farm smell for a few second… I grew up in the countryside East Québec and I had few friends who had a pig farm… Now I am living in the city, didn’t smell that for a while. Power of the brain… Thank you for sharing these stories Kris. I didn’t remember to had heard of this case before. Vos recherches sont vraiment bien construites et vous expliquez bien les faits.
I live on Vancouver Island and remember when all of this happened. I remember driving by his farm after the fact, too. It’s so fucked up. SO fucked up. Every aspect of this. It’s infuriating how badly these “police” and “judge” failed the victims. I learned a lot more about this case from your video. Thank you for doing the gross, disheartening research. I appreciate you!
Whenever I drive by that place I get the chills. A lot of houses have been built around where the farm used to be but there's still some fenced area that is just grass now. Cows chill there.
10:10 as a farmer myself, with a farmer dad, I cannot understand the hatred Robert felt against his dad especially since he earned the money for the calf that mustve been awful.
As a fellow Canadian and BC resident, I love that you are a famous canadian RUclipsr talking about Canadian history ❤❤ i loooove watching crime podcasts and shows and i feel i NEVER hear anyone talk about picton despite how wildly infamous the case got. Thank you for talking about the Highway of tears too! I would loooooove an indepth video on that from you 😍😍😍
You need to listen to the Mr. Ballen piggy palace case video. He is a true crime RUclipsr, so his version is definitely more serious, but he did a fantastic job at telling the story.
Allegedly my grandpa’s first wife was related to him somehow. Thankfully I’m not related by blood but yeah. I’m old enough to remember this and lived in Everett, WA but my dad’s whole family was in Vancouver and Quebec 😵💫
Also one of my earliest memories, hearing about this case on the news! I grew up on Vancouver Island & my grandparents followed the story closely. Later in life, I moved a few hours from my hometown, and ended up meeting a girl whose mother had been one of his victim’s.
As a girl who grew up with a farm, yes our animals got butchered because that's why we had them, for food, but my grandfather never let us kids see it happen because he didn't want us traumatized and he certainly didn't murder our pet CALF as a joke then make us discover it, that could definitely be quite the start of a serial killer stepping stone for someone 😅
Kris is special. Kris is important. Kris is kind. Kris is clever. Kris is funny. Kris is brave. Kris is tough. Kris is strong. Kris means a lot to all of us. Kris makes us very happy.
the first crime case I ever cried to, it was so close to my sisters fathers family like a few blocks away and it's terrible to realize that they had a higher chance of eating those pigs. Anyway I can't watch this video without crying, it makes me so sick and said, even while writing this I'm tearing up because he was the devil reincarnated
Thought I would share this, my grandma dated “the pig farm killer”’s brother, and she was on that farm multiple times. She had to get dna tested because she was on the farm. She dated this monsters brother for 5 years.
Wasn’t the brother also a creep?! 😳 I remember in Crime Junkie’s two parter they mentioned their was a lot of suspicion the brother knew. She’s lucky she is alive! 😯
Yes!!!!!! @abbypierce4196 Robert pickton ordered the brother around and made him do things. He was never charged and still hangs around downtown Vancouver
What really sucks is the police can't really do much without the tribes' permission and the tribes are refusing to let the cops get involved due to a mix of "we take care of our own" and "don't trust the white devil" so nothing will probably ever get done unless the tribes' change their minds or the police trample all over the treaties.
As an indigenous woman, I want to thank you for the awareness and support you continue to make in not just this video but all of your videos. The way you continuously bring awareness and good words to the victims and their families etc throughout your videos warms my heart so thank you. I can tell you care a lot because most creators mention only at the end or beginning care towards the families but u mention it multiple times.
I’m sorry but it really doesn’t matter if you’re indigenous or not because it’s horrible that people lost their lives because, race doesn’t matter human life is human life
@@Athenian_Freak yea but its been seen that indigenous, or poc are targeted in some killing sprees. Yes. Murdering someone is terrible regardless of who they are. But the point here is that Robert *targeted* indigenous people mainly and thats most likely racism. On top of that indigenous murder cases are ignored and or pushed aside, again because of racism. You are right about it being bad no matter what though. I hope this makes more sense !!
as an 16 year old indigenous woman, im terrified walking to the store by myself, or walking in a mall, or just being by myself anywhere. ive had family (specifically women) who have been killed or been kidnapped or have “gone missing”. im so glad you, as a person with a huge platform is talking about this, most influencers wont. it brings me to tears knowing ive been to more funerals that weddings.

i grew up in mission here, and my auntie one time almost got picked up by robbie pickton at the Agra Fair in abbostford. HE APPROACHED HER AT A TELEPHONE BOOTH, she got a weird vibe and called my mom to come get her
When my mom had bunnies growing up she'd be at dinner and her father would ask if she was enjoying her dinner.. And when she said yes (cause your had to eat it or else) he'd name which bunny of hers she'd be eating. He was a bad man
When you mentioned living 30 min away from where this happened… I realized we grew up in the same town and I think we went to school together 😅 small world!!
Oh, I remember this guy. My mom has a friend who used to party at the Piggy Palace and talked to this guy many times, and his family. She said all of them were weird. And we used to have a neighbour who was FRIENDS with the guy and defended him! My mom thinks there were others involved, possibly the whole family, that Robert was almost ‘slow’ and so she thinks he might have been the fall guy. Still a perpetrator and active participant, but not the brains of the operation. Regardless, it’s scary as all hell!
I have heard that theory, that Pickton was made the fall guy for bikers who would dispose of their party girls/rentgirls/victims there, lured out of sketchy neighbourhoods where desperate addicts tend to be (the downtown eastside, Whalley, Haney, etc.).
I'm living for this series, your story telling makes these horrific events easier to stomach. You should look into the toy box killers, they're not talked about as much as they should because the death count was "low" despite them having so many victims
Yes and the ones he didn't kill he would drug them afterwards so they would forget, one woman had nightmares about it and thought that that's all they were, nightmares, until she saw his arrest on the news
Absolutely love the true crime content! Especially since we don't hear too much about crimes outside of the states. This was the first time I'd ever heard of Robert Pickton. Which is wild considering how many people were sadly murdered in such a horrific way. Also, thank you for mentioning how terrible indigenous women are overlooked when it comes to those of us who are missing. A video on that would be amazing to raising awareness of this problem in the US and Canada too. ❤

Hey, Canadian here from Winnipeg. Thank you for touching on the indigenous population and problems, i try to touch on them when talking about human flaws, THEY ARE PEOPLE, LETS RIGHT OIR WRONGS!
Little side note, the Hell's Angels Club are not violent gang criminals. Over half of them have been doing charity work for at least 15 years and are trying to keep the streets safe for kids. One of the chapters, I don't know where, either drives or drove at one point along highways and through gang territory streets making sure women weren't being abducted from gas stations late at night or getting gang graped, they follow the Golden Rule, and they make a point to escort victims of assault to court or to school - especially minors. Their "gang fights" are mostly with other chapter members in other territories. They're actually a pretty good "gang" to have roaming around.
Um...I hate to be the one to tell you but they absolutely are a violent gang. They may do some good things too, maybe trying to change their reputation, but their history is pretty awful.
@@anonymoose116 I think you're overthinking the "Hell's" part of the name. They are not criminals nor mostly violent or awful. The exception of a few do not dictate the nature of the whole. They only tend to be violent in other chapter's territories.
Thank you @kallmekris for having the courage to do this video. I'm also a fellow Canadian. As the saying goes, "those who forget history, are doomed to repeat it". My aunty Cindy was considered to be apart of one of the missing indigenous women. We live about 30 minutes from that sign but the highway runs through our town too. Her remains were found but still not sure as to what happened. Thank you for bringing light to this
I’m so sorry for the lost of your aunt even if this happened years ago
I am so sorry
I feel so bad 😭😔
Hope she rests in peace and I know that she would be proud of you ❤️
Rest In Peace your aunt Cindy🕊️
In loving memory of Cindy 🕊️🕊️
10:00, I got a cow when I was little, a little black cow I called her Angel, she followed me everywhere and was like a dog. She trusted humans and saw no reason to fear them. One day I came home and could not find her as I asked my father where she is, he said the butcher came to get her...and even told me proud that she got in the transporter with no problem.
I was so destroyed by it, even today I feel like crying when I think about it. Sorry just came to my mind.
That’s pretty much awful.
That is so terrible, not only losing a loving companion but being praised for it (in a way). I wish you restful, nightmare-less sleep in your future
@@StarSailor1343 thank you...
oh my god i'm so sorry.

As some one who did a research project on serial killers, the amount of predatory serial killers with mommy issues is crazy.
If she made this a Netflix show I would 100% watch every episode because of how informative and entertaining it is.
Why is that???
yeah, if kris madea muder mystry novel I would totally read all of it
@@monkeypig8863 you know what really is funny though? the fact that you can laugh at your own comments and talk about how you have said the same thing under many other comments, and still think people care! If you really hate her humor and think it's crude, then LEAVE. i can probably count on a SINGLE hand how many people care about your opinion, and who wants you to be here. You are not the one entertaining us, she is. Thank you, monkeypig8836.
You want Netflix to control her work? You're already watching the content for free.
@monkeypig8863 you obviously have no sense of humor
It is also so odious how almost everywhere, police treat disappearances of certain people, like prostitutes, as if they were not serious. Those people are humans, they have lives, they have dreams. Finding them is as important as finding anyone else.
When you watch a lot of serial killer documentaries, you would be so amazed at the response by police. There’s a lot of cases like this one where police just don’t investigate for years.
It's bc they don't usually have family members pressuring them to solve the case.
I assume each state has their own strict rules
@@infamouswickedjokestarI'm sorry but I don't understand your comment. Who is "they"?
So true btw indigenous woman are a second category of forgotten marginalized people
My 7th grade teacher told us about Robert one time only because he was friends with one of the indigenous victims, watching him go over some of the stories of her was so heartbreaking, he was genuinely about to cry.
Imagine his reaction to watching Kris joke about it like it's the funniest thing ever......I bet he'd be disgusted and crying

10:24 Kris: “can you imagine?”
Me: “sadly, yes I can. My dad did the same to me multiple times…I eventually stopped naming the farm animals” 😅😭
growing up I was always told that certain animals would be "rehomed" to the freezer.
I’m happy now😁

The fact that i have never heard any of this is insane to me. I give all the love and respect to the the women who were lost. Also to their families, I wish only the best for you all. Thank you Kris for bringing light to this and so many other stories.
This case is so horrific to hear about and my heart breaks for all of the victims and their friends and families. I wish that all 49 of these women got justice
The fact that my percentage is 49 what a coincidence😅
I first learnt about this crime when it was made into an episode of Criminal Minds and I was sooo disgusted and disturbed by pigs involved in murders. Then I realised that I can’t handle pigs in any kind of horror environment. Really makes me sick to my core
i am so appreciative of the emotion in Kris's voice when she talks about how sorry she is for the women's families. what a truly caring person.
im pretty picky about true crime content, and humor can be tricky to handle in true crime, but kris is very good at balancing the humor and the truth of the matter.

Well well, who would have found out... JUST KIDDING NO SERIAL KILLER HERE 🔪
Ik this isn't related but your user and pfp 😍😍
Honestly, I can’t believe how fucked up this was. The murders, the police department, the trial, literally everything. I can’t even imagine how much pain and suffering those poor woman had to endure. Thank you so much for bringing this to light, even if it’s just a little bit.
Can we appreciate all the time and work it took for Kris to do all this research (and the amount of trauma she went through to get this)

Another good reason to get the "F" out of Canada.
@@DNTMEE Why does the potential of one killer in a single metro area require the evacuation from an entire country?
@@Luxegreen19
It doesn't.
See y'all at the supreme court I guess.

she literally started the video with a your mom joke, she clearly is just looking to profit lmao
If you don't like it, don't watch true crime it isn't for everyone.

i live in BC. Thank you for bringing up the missing indigenous women, not many creators talk about it, and its a huge issue.
What really sucks is the police can't really do much without the tribes' permission and the tribes are refusing to let the cops get involved due to a mix of "we take care of our own" and "don't trust the white devil" so nothing will probably ever get done unless the tribes' change their minds or the police trample all over the treaties.

I wish Pickton could be brought to justice for all 49 victims. Thank you for taking time away from your usual content, and doing this video. You are amazing. And prayers to all the victims and their families.
Can we all agree that the tones and jokes that kris slip in make this video much easier to watch than the crime documentaries on tv
4:51 nah that was Endeavor Todoroki😂
THAT'S WHAT I SAID!! 😭
@ 😭
😂
NAHH FOR REAL 😂😂
FUN FACT: my grandpa was one of the people who worked on this case.
Wow that's cool
Oh crap
woahh cool
That’s crazy
Funner fact....I knew one of his victims and somebody mentioned in this video.
As not only a fellow BC resident, but as a native American woman.... thank you for bringing this to more peoples attention as I am almost 30 and I still meet people who know nothing about Robert or the case
I makes sense now as to why the judge dismissed so much evidence and why this was not worldwide news; I had never heard of this till today! They probably did not want everyone to know what a white man & his friends had done to so many indigenous women :(
Pickton died May 31st 2024 after being assaulted by an inmate. A small measure of justice
Get that inmate out of jail right now. It just makes me sick how horrible he was.
This made my gut hurt.the fact that the judge didn’t count the lady who was unidentified is so messed up and so insanely sad:(
You literally make the best true crime content!!! Its interesting and entertaining while also being respectful to the victims.
Edit: Okay Kris liked this, she knows I exist this is possibly the best day of my life
i often get scared from videos like this but kris makes it easier to listen to with her humor and jays editing!
Kris looks AMAZING in her glasses, right everyone?
Also I love how deeply you dive into the stories to give us as much information as you can. You’re amazing and we love you 🩷
When i finished the video i capt thinking he was behind me😂😂
Same
Kris, I love your videos, they helped me get through 2023 which was a really hard year. I lost my grandma and great grandma but I always smiled when I saw your notifications, thank you so much. I love your videos and personality.
I was born in Abbotsford, BC, but moved to the Okanagan as a kid in 2001. I remember hearing about this so much on the news and from family who still lived throughout the lower mainland. Really shattered the illusion of safety for nine-year-old me and many other BC residents. My heart breaks for the victims and their families.
I’m never skipping Kris’s history class (reasons):
.brings light to murders that no one cared about
.makes videos funny that were meant to be really sad and disturbing
.she spends time on all of her videos talking about stories and doesn’t skip a detail
.she chooses the stories that the government didn’t care about
I love her, even though Chris shows respect for the victims and their families in these videos. She still tries to keep it funny by making fun of the criminals to keep us engaged and entertained and willing to listen to what she saying honestly, I never thought I would laugh while listening to true crime videos until I started watching her true crime deep dive, and I can’t express how much I love that she is only making fun of the criminals and in no way mocking the families are victims and she even says that several times throughout the videos❤❤😂❤
I also would not skip her class if she teaches world history
Same, same
The vegan teacher can’t be talking. She’s the best RUclipsr I’ve ever seen.❤
