Do you think Lionel Sanders' injury has anything to do with burrito deficiency? I know he's loyal to Jersey Mike's, but IDK, seems like he needs a more tortilla-centric diet (or tortilla-based life in general)? I'm not a doctor, though.
I hope the Eruo trip works out, that sounds Bad A**. If it doesn't though, Jenna should do T100 Vegas!
I am also debating doing IM 70.3 Calgary this year as my first 70.3. I have heard good things about that event, and it is thE closest 70.3 to me.

Great episode! Decided....quitting my job 3 months before 70.3 Augusta....JK....LOL! Will be paying more attention to my nutrition and hydration during training! Also, will try some different training methods to see if it makes a difference in races. Triathlon = Trial by fire! Thanks you guys and good luck this year!

Back to day trading for me, then get up, coffee, barefoot walk, then run, then cold river dunk, then meditation, nap, bike ride, eat, swim and repeat it every day, why do I swim last, because most everyone swims first, and most are so lost, they consistently go thru life backwards,,,and that I can end with lol
