Noice. I love that Simon still does these, It gives them an opportunity to grow and improve as well as new stuff for the fans. Their whole concept is just way ahead of other companies, what other girl groups with rappers does this, I expect some might start to copy then it will be like maya said in tippy toes 'they follow us like a choo choo train'
