Wow.. I gave birth at NW hospital in December and my baby got sick and this nurse would come to NICU everyday to pray for the kids. The maternity nurses are amazing and the friendliest you'll feel at home.

I was here back in 2016 to deliver my son.. and I remember that's when a lot of construction was ongoing. I never encountered this Susan though I'd rate my experience at 7/10... The general ward was a tad congested but I see lot's of improvement.. Given a chance, I'd definitely give Nairobi West another shot.. All the best Raych 👍
Naeza imagine ulikua old wing coz sometime last yr i also took my dad to the old wing and it was apo .... but sai so much has improved its mind blowing crazy!!!

Beautiful hospital.. My mom was their patient till she passed away due to cancer related complications. But the nurses are so good and friendly. The doctors are also very good. They took good care of my mum. Its a very good hospital

Rachel coptic has a room called PDR private delivery room.i delivered there in the same room and same bed..so yes hapa nairobi kuna hosi kama tu hii

This new wing is giving me Coptic hospital vibes. Even the grey exterior colour. I think all hospitals should adopt this calming colour and MORE good hearted doctors and nurses

Honestly for me am not looking for good buildings,am looking for best and experienced midwives, apparently hospitals with best and experienced midwives,facilities are overstretched,those with good facilities nurses have no long-term experience for conducting spontaneous vaginal deliveries like breech etc,most will opt for a CS am honestly confused.All the best you will share your experience.
